Im Gegensatz zum Kollegen unten würde ich mit LST anfangen. Umso früher umso stärker umso besser umso mehr Triebe. Aber das ist nur meine Meinung. Ich trainiere meine ab dem LVL ungefähr. Gruß

During LST you will bend the stem the way it will be parallel to the ground. This is done to promote vertical growth of the branches. But you have only a couple (or just one?) branches, therefore, you have to wait more.

I have a 1200W Veg/Bloom LED which is currently 20" above Martha. I am also LSTing her and am getting good solid growth from the lowest branches which are working to reach up. I am wondering if raising the light 4-6" and try to stimulate some vertical growth. Is this a good idea?

Disaster! LST rips off entire growth tip after first topping! Any advice?Hi all, I adjusted LST tension this morning and the entire growth tip snapped off.
