Should I defoliate after topping with LST ?

I just did my first topping and she took it very well, no signs of stress and actually growing really fast I think.
I was thinking about LST the top colas so the lower ones can reach that height, should I cut the top leaves shadowing the lower future colas?

Too early to start defoliating. I think you'd be better off with LST to give light to those bottom colas because they still have lots of time to grow to the top.

When to start 12/12Hi people. My plants are on vegetation day 26 and are 8 inches tall. My tent setup can give them room for 15 more inches for a total of 23 inches height from soil to top.

When should I defoliate photos in indoor 2x4x6 on day 47This is my first grow in a 2x4x6. I got carried away and packed it out. im on day 47 for everything. 3 autos, 6 photos.
