Morning, so from what I can see this plant usually will finish between 8-10 weeks, some being faster and some a little slower. I think the best thing you could do is clean up the bottom a bit forcing that energy to the upper bigger branches, also a small defoliation of the top leaves that are blocking any budsites or airflow(its said this strain can be weak to excess moisture causing rot etc). And just continue giving those good bloom boosting nutes or supplements for a little longer. Being an autoflower, you could lower the light hours a little and try to force flowering, but it may be a wasted effort. Check the day you germinated and see how far from the 9 week mark you are and that may give you a better idea of when she'll be done/when to flush.
