Still another 2, maybe even 3 weeks to go.
Once there are 98-99% brown pistils, you will be entering the harvest zone.
It is then a matter of checking the trichomes on the calyxes for your desired level of ripeness/maturity.

How long?Chopping time soon. As the breeder recommends, this plant should be done between 8 to 9 weeks of flowering. End of week 9 (during the time of writing)Question is, how long should I wait til harvest? I checked the buds and can say 10% clear 80% cloudy 10% amber

High alkalinity of water, is it a problem when growing?Is high alkalinity (cca 240 mg/l) a problem if the ppm is normal (cca 250mg/l)? I know that high alkalinity makes for high pH, but does it do anything else, like will it hurt my plant?

Advice for checking trichomes?Any advice for checking trichomes? I have a loupe but just purchased a digital microscope. Images look great, I can get really close up comfortably. Curious where on the plant one should look, multiple locations, etc. I think I’m shooting for 10-20% amber.Week 15

4x4 grow tent heat issuesAny creative ways to mitigate heat? I have a 6in Inline duct fan working at full capacity along with a fan circulating air inside the tent. Temps are hitting triple digits outside as well as in the tent even with lights off. I've put a bowl of ice in front of the fan.Week 9
