Stress + stress = risk.
Every plant reacts differently to stress, different thresholds so to speak. Doing multiple stressors at once is not recommended unless you know she has a hardy constitution.
I've had demons that love stress and thrive in it and others that as soon as you touch them they complain.
If you can get the medium in the cup dry the transplant should be so smooth given the roots have developed, the plant would barely notice the transplant focusing fully on the topping recovery.
If transplant is done wet the soil will just fall apart messing roots up which could cause significant stress.
It's all about the care taken with the transplant t, if done carefully it should be no problem.
