Well low energy low heat! Leds is what you want! It sounds like you got most of the supplies you need! The best leds for cash and longevity are by far spider farmer sf series you’ll love or mars hydro leds!! And when you put your room together make sure you set up for good air flow! Good luck 🍀

aluminum paper should not be used, the light reflecting on the aluminum paper creates points of heat that will damage your plants. it must be white plasticized paper or mylar. at the level of cheap led lights, for about 80 € the bestva elite full spectrum compared to the other equivalent models from other brands for me this is the best, here is the link on aliexpress: https://a.aliexpress.com/_dXKSdgS

@regularPot Hi mate hope you are well. Foil as a reflective material isn't a good idea as it generates heat , A flat white surface is better than foil or if you can afford it Buy a couple of meters of Mylar material I dunno what the cardboard is for ? pc fans are good as for lights it will depend on the size of the room your building? Maybe a small Mars or viparspectra LED would do the job Good Luck
