It's almost always better for root development and risk avoidance to pot up as necessary.
fast flowering are photoperiods. they are not unique or different in any way regarding fertilization, light, environment, etc. They were merely a product of selective breeding hoping a trait of a faster flower period is passed down. If they are mixed with autos to 'increase speed' all they've done is introduce inferior genetics because normal photoperiods sometimes have a short flower and no need to mix in ruderalis which are not faster by any rational means of counting days.
