hi everyone, would you plant your seeds directly into the final 11L pot, or would you start in a smaller pot and then transplant into the final one? I’m asking specifically about fast-flowering seeds from SweetSeeds.

It all depends on time , space and so on. If i was having everything, i was poting into final pot, if imy grow tent was still with other plants, i was using germination space and smaller pots .. I found myself that plants grow bigger and faster if are not disturbed with transplantation.

With autos, it's been advised by too many people to count, to plant them directly in their final pot.

It's almost always better for root development and risk avoidance to pot up as necessary. fast flowering are photoperiods. they are not unique or different in any way regarding fertilization, light, environment, etc. They were merely a product of selective breeding hoping a trait of a faster flower period is passed down. If they are mixed with autos to 'increase speed' all they've done is introduce inferior genetics because normal photoperiods sometimes have a short flower and no need to mix in ruderalis which are not faster by any rational means of counting days.
