Rearange Plants during drzing ?

JSanchezz

Have rearranged my plants following the advice here from drying as a whole to drying in parts. Should I position the outside ones towards the inside? 16C RH 58 I have a gentle but good air circulation(indirekt)

If your indirect airflow is appropriate I wouldn't worry about rotating the crop; any nominal imbalance due to position in the tent during dry will reach equilibrium during cure. I personally have cultivars that I do tend to leave more fan leaves on during the dry as the curling up allows an easier trim, but it does look like you have quite a lot of flower surface obfuscated by fan leaf - I'd peek behind some inner nug fan leaves daily as my canary in the coal mine to be safe. Based on the numbers you've been sharing with this query, it seems you could have a nice and slow dry without leaving so much fan leaves in the future (climate permitting).

might make a more even dry, but might not matter, too. For example, if it only makes a difference of a matter of hours before it is ready for a curing container, It won't really impact anything... Worst-case some of the bud is "over-dried" a few hours? that's probably going to happen anyway since most of us don't have a probe to measure moisture content of the flower material.

Dont have a fan directly on the plant, and eave the tent open.Don;'t worry about the light as it wont make any difference.I never dry my buds on the plant. They're better handled when moist. When they're dry trim them over a piece of paper and you see alll the cells that fall off which doesnt happen when they wet.The only benefit from drying the plant whole is a slightly more even drying, nothing you'd nbotice.Iv dried a lot of plants and theres nothing worse than trying to remove those leaves when they've wrapped themselves around the bud, unless you like smoking leaves that is,haha.

If there is light air movement - i would say it dont matter. I noticed , that hangers closer to extraction fan was drying slightly quicker, but i did it in big tent, here i think moving is not necessary, but why not ;)
