Lights for heat- 24/7 okay?I really need the heat of the lights to keep the inside of my tent warm. To warm the air around the tent 24/7 would be expensive- much more expensive than using the lights all the time. But will this work with 24 hour lights? Will that stress the plants? I’m running 2x Kind Led xL600 series 2 lights and seen people running much much lower hanging heights than recommended (18inch instead of 30inch) and wondered if anyone has any PPFD or PAR readings at anything lower than 30inch or any reasons why they run them lower.

Swapping day/night light cycle during flowerDay 22 of flower. Lights are on during the day, 8am-to-8pm but we need to switch to 8pm-to-8am to use the colder night air to cool our lights without using a/c. Would it negatively affect the plants at this point in flower to give them 24hrs dark & completely swap light cycle?
