When do I harvest?

Guys I'm very doubtful when to harvest this plant 6 months of life I don't have a magnifying glass, or I harvest it on the 26th or only after the 31st.
Some branches (5%) were dry I think it's because of the hot and dry weather, lack of rain, but I took water to it today.

How long til harvest? Realtor virtual showing 3 days before 8 weeks on 8-9 week strains (custom and white widow)My plants will have been in flower 8 weeks on the 28th. My landlord is selling and I had to move my tent for a property inspection today. There is a full photography showing thing happening on the 26th. Once again I must ask, is it ready for harvest?Pistols are anywhere from 60-80% orange depending on the cola, and the trichomes are mixed, I see some clear, I see milky and I see amber.We're mid week 8 of flower as well. If it's close enough should I ice the pot and start my 2 days of darkness now?

Spongy bud when dryingFirst time grower, pulled a bud off 1 week before harvest to see if my temp humidity were ok to dry the rest of the plant. Been kept at 70f 60rh and after a day it’s become a spongy ball...Is this normal or how do I stop it next time?

Ready to chop for not too minimal couch lock?The main top cola looks pretty done with a few amber trichomes. Id like the rest of the plant to be good though, does the rest of these macro shots from the lower nugs look good enough? I want almost all clear with a few ambers so not too couch locked.

Im still a few weeks away from harvest but I have a 2nd plant thats still growing, can I dry it in the same room maybe hanging in a box?
