What’s the best training techniques for a strawberry gorilla autoflower im about 3 weeks in a newbie and undecided on what to do to her I also have a apple stredel autoflower if anyone has advice on what to do with her a see if green is what I’ve heard mostly happy growing

Next time, fill your pots all the way up..........you can't train plants sitting at the bottom of a deep hole!
Avoid defoliation, don't over feed.
3 weeks for an auto means flowering won't be far off, so a bit late to do anything much...........leave them be and learn from this grow.
Sea of Green refers mainly to growing single stem cuttings from photoperiod plants to a small height then flowering early.
SoG these days means generically growing many small (auto) plants crammed into a small area.

The best options are what get you to your end canopy goal with the least amount of wasted growth and resources.
This varies by context.
With an autoflower, i wound't do much training. Keep it spread out and it'll take care of itself. These plants are generally small and excessive training won't help much, if at all. Maybe some lollipopping of lower branches is worth it... but the timing would be important too.. before buds start forming being best. Also, les is more for lolipopping an auto.
You may wnat to grow it out naturally to form some baseline (and a few more plants too) .. then try training them and better recognize if it even helps or woth the effort. I'd still do some light training to spread growth out, of course. Nothing wrong with angling branches to absorb more light.

For autos around week 3, the safest and most effective option is LST
Start by gently bending the main stem sideways and securing it this will help open up the canopy and allow the side branches to catch more light.
Avoid topping or mainlining since autos have limited time to recover.
Just a bit of gentle LST and some leaf tucking will already boost your yield nicely
