That’s whorled phyllotaxy, same as my profile image, which is a Quick One from RQS. It makes for a beautiful plant and there is nothing to worry about. Usually, cannabis exhibits opposite phyllotaxy, with two branches emerging from each node, and later in life, alternate phyllotaxy, with one branch per node, going back and forth between sides. With whorled phyllotaxy, with three per node, the sets of three that come out “flip” or rotate 180 degrees with each new set. First three come out, then the next three come out rotated 180, then the next three rotated 180, and so on.

Genetic mutants that often fail at flowering. Have tried growing many like this over the last 40+ years and nearly always end in disappointment. These days they are an instant cull for me. My advice is not to risk it and not to waste your time with it. Life is too short to grow "maybes" and mutants.

Its common mutation named tricotyly Its not triploid But could become bushier and yield more, cause of the extra internode. Not a bad thing🇧🇴🇧🇴🇧🇴

It happens sometimes. Nothing to worry about. It will grow out of it.

If anything it will probably be better but on the other hand it might rectify it's self next few nodes
