Sucking insects like aphids, thrips, spider mites, or psyllids often cluster or feed on one specific side of the central midrib. Their feeding extracts sap and injects toxic saliva, stunting cell growth on that half of the leaf, causing it to curl or distort.

Brown spots and holes Had snails and aphids earlier, but knocked them out. I'm these brown spots / holes in my girl. Don't think they're the snails and don't see any bugs.... been rainy and fairly cool, 60-70F. PH is currently high at 6.9. Any thoughts or recommendations for a mostly clueless newbie?

Preventative Neem Oil Application for Newbies in the past, I've had pest problems. this time, I'm acting preventatively. I applied neem oil solution in a spray bottle to my seedlings and soil. leaves seemed burned afterwards. Thrips infestation and chemical pesticide, help!I've bugs, probably thrips. I'll not be able to obtain organic pesticide (neem oil based) before one week! Is the 7th day from germination, the white bastards are developing and spreading ultrafast. Would be safe to use a chemical pesticide made for roses at this stage?
