So this seedling is about 4 days old, and I realised yesterday that my light was too far away and moved it closer. But it's bent like this, should i add more soil, or use a toothpick to make it stand straight, or just leave it like this? Any help is appreciated!

Good morning, you can add more soil around the base and help correct it, or rotate the pot several times and it will straighten itself out.

peyrone's disease. prop it up,do your best... correct environment (probably light in this case) and eventually it'll get sturdy again.

the seedling isn’t too strong yet, so at this point I gently dig it out by hand with a larger handful of soil.. then I remove enough soil from the hole where the seedling was so that the top of the seedling is visible at the desired height (the height of the cotyledons depends on the stem thickness - seedling condition, around 2 - 3 cm) after that, I carefully fill the remaining part with the soil mix.. this has been a reliably working solution so far.

Tricky one.... Depends how confident you are. I would pinch up the soil around the stem that's led flat leaving the upright part as it is.. don't have this covering soil be too wet for to long because it will dampen off and it's head will just fall off.. either way that flat part needs to be under the soil and rooted out within next few weeks.rooting agent maybe?

You can add soil, 1-2 cm max, dont try to bent it out, she will create roots from buried stem, there is no problem. Or you can give her support, but if you are new, better leave as it is, or use soil, less risk to break her. Btw your soil looks very fine, too fine, hopefully roots will develop good, usually such soil brings troubles. Plus i would question how you water , where and how often, photo gives me impression, that you don't know optimal behaviour.
