Green House Seeds – Honey Dipper & Shishka Lemonade | Keimung & Start Heute startet für mich ein neues Projekt mit Green House Seeds. Ich freue mich sehr, in den kommenden Wochen zwei feminisierte Sorten begleiten und regelmäßig über ihre Entwicklung berichten zu dürfen: 🍯 Honey Dipper 🍋 Shishka Lemonade Beide Sorten sind keine Autoflower, sondern feminisierte photoperiodische Genetiken – für mich also ein etwas anderer Grow als die vielen Autos, die ich sonst regelmäßig dokumentiere. Für den Start habe ich meine bewährte Keimmethode verwendet. Beide Seeds kamen in RO-Wasser mit drei Tropfen H₂O₂. Und das Ergebnis konnte sich wirklich sehen lassen! 😍 Nach nicht einmal 24 Stunden waren bereits bei beiden Seeds deutliche Keimzeichen zu erkennen und beide Samen sind erfolgreich gekeimt. Dadurch konnte ich sie schon direkt in ihre Endtöpfe setzen. Für mich ist das definitiv ein sehr vielversprechender erster Eindruck. Natürlich sagt eine schnelle Keimung allein noch nichts über die spätere Performance einer Pflanze aus – aber dass beide Seeds so schnell und zuverlässig gekeimt sind, macht auf jeden Fall Lust auf die nächsten Wochen. 🌱 Jetzt beginnt die spannende Phase: beobachten, wie sich Honey Dipper und Shishka Lemonade entwickeln, wie kräftig ihr Wachstum startet und welche Unterschiede sich zwischen den beiden Genetiken zeigen. I am very happy to be able to grow and regularly document two of their feminized strains over the coming weeks: 🍯 Honey Dipper 🍋 Shishka Lemonade Both strains are not autoflowers, but feminized photoperiod genetics – so this will be a slightly different experience for me compared to the many autoflower grows I usually document. For germination, I used my usual method. Both seeds were placed in RO water with three drops of H₂O₂. And the result was really promising! 😍 After less than 24 hours, both seeds were already showing clear signs of germination and both successfully sprouted. This allowed me to move them directly into their final pots. For me, this is definitely a very promising first impression. Of course, fast germination alone doesn't tell us anything about the final performance of a plant – but seeing both seeds germinate so quickly and reliably definitely makes me excited for what comes next. 🌱 Now the interesting part begins: watching how Honey Dipper and Shishka Lemonade develop, how vigorously they start growing, and what differences we will see between these two genetics. Day 86, 5th of December 2020: Craziest group I have ever had... Honestly I just want to see the end. I will be away for 2 weeks almost. Original Sensible Seeds ladies are dope. Gelato is very nice proper shape one of my favourite she is just nice and not problematic.... :) Runtz Gum is amazing nice big buds are on the way really nice! The same no problem with her at all!!!! Do-Si-Dos OG is just crazy.... She is not an easy lady... problematic... never met a plant like this one. ... Too much strech and now I need to tie and stand her up somehow i broke one branch.... I put a tape arounf so hopefully saves that bud tho....🤣 Her flowers kill her lol Black Ghost OG is sweet and good girl she is the easiest player from them she is good for begginners similar to Wedding Gelato even is shape haha.... Wedding Gelato from RQS is just perfect no problem with her at all... good for begginners as well... :) So This is how it is 5th week has started I just wanna get it done really long journey :) The lamp is now on 11 hours and off 13 hours. Every week 15 minutes was taken off and after 4 weeks here we go. Strated 12/12 and now 13/11 wanted try to imitate the nature as the light days are getting shorter. Fertilization has changed no more epsom salt from this week and I will stop giving nitrogen as well from next week.

Intermediate Results Overview This grow was intense! Setting up the grow consumed so much of my time and focus that I started slacking at work, and it took me a month to get back on track. But hey, what’s the point of a job if it gets in the way of growing? 😉 In the end, everything worked out, and I gained invaluable experience. This was my first grow using coco coir. At first, I didn’t get it, but then it just clicked! Now I’m hooked: "I’m here to stay." Coco is more controlled than soil, flushes easily, and you can introduce beneficial microbes, which thrive in it. My main takeaway from this grow? If you buy coco, don’t forget CalMag! Next time, I’ll definitely install HEPA filters at the intake. The amount of dust was insane, and the grow box pulls air like a vacuum cleaner. Watching the timelapse, you can see the box sucking in every bit of dust. I vacuumed the intake filters weekly. The plant was incredibly sticky, but that also meant it caught a lot of lint and fibers between trichomes, especially visible under a microscope. Smoking microplastics? No, thank you! --- On CO2 CO2 only works if everything else is dialed in. If the plant experiences stress from deficiencies or overfeeding, you can forget about it. Since CO2 supplementation requires turning off the exhaust fan, it’s hard to manage temperature and humidity. The plant releases so much moisture that RH jumps to 80% within minutes. It’s doable, but definitely a challenge. --- On Magnetic Fields No clue what’s happening here yet, but it’s fascinating! I’ll test again with a control sample. --- Nutrients Dreams do come true—I’ve tested almost everything Advanced Nutrients offers. It wasn’t all smooth sailing; their feeding charts need adjustments for your conditions, and you usually need to feed less than recommended. Overall, I’d say the nutrients performed 100%, and I see no reason to switch. I’ll stick with them for future grows. --- Strain This strain is reliable, though not the most productive. It flowered exactly as advertised and delivered a frosty finish. It tolerated all my mistakes like a champ—especially mold. Despite an abandoned SCROG plan turning the plant into a bouquet, there wasn’t a single mold spot, even in the densely packed lower buds that got almost no light. Zero mold issues! --- Aroma As advertised: pine, wood, and citrus. At first, I thought it smelled like grapefruit, but now I’m leaning toward bergamot. Bergamot with a classic weed aroma—a recognizable twist on the usual scent. During the grow, the smell was strong, but the carbon filter handled it perfectly. --- Flavor It’s too early to say, but the flavor is definitely there! Embarrassingly, all my past harvests tasted the same—like nothing. Just smoke. This one has a distinct sour taste. I’m excited to see how it develops after curing. --- Effect Too early for a full review, but I love what I’ve tried so far. The high lasts about three hours, with euphoria and relaxation. It’s the perfect evening strain. I’ve smoked a lot over the years, but I’ve never experienced true euphoria—until now. Guess I’ve been stuck with garbage and ditch weed before. 😅 It’s not a strain for productivity or chores, but it’s perfect for chilling, watching something, or chatting. No anxiety, just great vibes. It feels like having a beer after a long day: you relax, and life feels good again. --- Roots The roots were healthy—maybe too healthy! While the AirPot (20L) prevented root circling, it didn’t eliminate it entirely. There were dead zones at the bottom where roots circled around the perimeter. A dense root mat formed at the bottom (so dense you couldn’t poke a finger through it), which likely contributed to salt buildup. Breaking through that mat required more water, and I suspect this caused EC to spike 1.5x the next day if there was no runoff. Next time, I’ll mix some pumice with the substrate at the bottom, about 3–4 cm deep. --- Timelapse I only got the timelapse running after the switch to flowering, so it’s not from the beginning. Still, it’s an incredibly useful tool for understanding growth rates. I’ll definitely use it for future grows. Comparing yesterday to today is one thing, but rewinding a week to see how things were is game-changing. I recommend it! You can even use an old phone with a timelapse app if your camera doesn’t support it by default. --- What’s Next I’ve grown fat buds before, but I’ve always neglected curing. This time, I’m doing it by the book with full control. Drying in the grow box with RH controlled at 50–60% (averaging 55%) for a slow, even dry. Temps are kept between 20–23°C, with frequent venting to keep it below 21°C for terpene preservation. After 7–10 days, when small stems snap with a characteristic sound, I’ll trim and jar them with humidity sensors. For the first two weeks, I’ll burp the jars twice daily, then reduce to once daily for the next two weeks. After that, I’ll monitor the RH sensors and adjust as needed. I’ll share the details after curing is complete. After drying, I’ll weigh the buds, take photos, and share another post in a month or two after curing to report on the flavor and aroma. For now, I’m taking a breather, fine-tuning my setup, and preparing for my next grow: Wizard Trees - Zangria S1.

I had the lights at the suggested level from the company we got it for seedlings and it started to burn them. We have a 750W LED light and it was set to 40%. We turned it down to 30% for the first few weeks.

Still has to cure but nice white ash. Buds are really sticky.

Girls are stacking nicely ❤️ The one is a bit more finicky than the rest, she is showing signs of nutrient lockout/ ph , but should be easily corrected if I’ve diagnosed it properly. I ended up calibrating by ph pen and I was off by .15 on the scale, might not seem like a lot, but in flower it can be! Shouldn’t set us back too much 🇨🇦👊❤️

2/1: I flushed the taller/skinnier Muscadine Wine and lightly fed everybody else. 2/4: I moved the taller/skinnier MW into the dark for a day...she and several other plants will be harvested tomorrow.

This will be one of the last uploads before harvest. And even then I plan on taking photos of the harvest so I can really show how big this thing is. The root ball must be massive I've had roots dying and growing constantly through the fabric pot for a month+ now. It's smelly as fuck and resinous as hell. My third plant....third times a charm lol. The first two fuck ups, third one a masterpiece to me anyways. And time still yet to tell with curing I may fuck it up again but I'm going to do my best to do everything right this time 100%. I gave purpinator for along time basically since week 4 or 5 and it never really turned until the end a light shade of red on most of the branches. I might let go another week so it sucks all the fan leaves dry if that's ok. My last update came a day late. This one came a day early since I consider my first actual veg day to be on a sunday
