This Papaya Sherbet, according to FastBuds, is a hybrid with a 9-10 weeks flowering period. Sounds like an epic strain and I personally cannot wait for this lady to strut her stuff!😍 ________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ The Setup: This is going to be an outdoor grow, but I have started the Papaya Sherbet photoperiod indoors as our weather is still a bit too chilly to put a newly sprouted seedling outside (nighttime temp's dipping regularly into the 40's℉). The plan is simple... let her grow inside under a 19/5 light schedule until the nighttime temperatures are in the mid 50's℉, which shouldn't be long. After which, she'll be moved outside and transplanted into the soil which I have already setup and inoculated with beneficial microbes from BioTabs and slow release dry amendments from Gaia Green. Once she's established herself outside she'll be given periodic top dressings of Gaia Green 4-4-4 and 2-8-4 along with worm castings and Compost Tea's. Her grow area is approx. 5'x5' and I have posts and a trellis net set up already for when she gets bigger to aid in training her. Our weather has finally cooled down and the daylight has dropped to just over 13 hours now. 8/21- My daily watering campaign continues with me giving the Papaya Sherbet 5-8 gallons of well water from the garden hose. 8/23- Luckily, with it's wide node spacing, there's not a lot to do with the Papaya Sherbet at this point except to keep her watered! She has not required any thinning out and has had only a few lower leaves turn yellow, which I promptly remove. Overall, this lady is a dream to grow, requiring little to no effort or maintenance! 8/25- There's the second week of flower on the books for the FastBuds Papaya Sherbet photoperiod and I have great expectations for how this fine looking lady is going to turn out, as she has exceeded all my expectations so far! Started flushing with water. Plants are super Healthy, sticky and there is a lot of nice sweet smell. They are getting more and more colourfull every day. Flowering day: 54

I think this will probably be last week before El Chop Chop. Got some frost on now and things seem to be winding down. Pistills and leaves browning few ambers under the loop and water uptake slowing down considerably. Smell is lovely now as I get near the tent. Been good to make a diary again. :-)

Runtz Punch is grow great, even with several issues. I neem oil treated her again yesterday. I did the whole area to be safe. It looked to help a lot the first time. Just it seems to always boost the nitrogen levels when I use it. I need to train her some to stop her from getting much taller too soon. Not much to show this week on the timelapse as we had a cold snap and power went out momentarily, and as such, the camera stopped recording, without me realizing this. So I have also added a little video of the rooms progress. Even with the small bit of footage, I can see that my feeding schedule twice a day seems to keep the leaves from drooping at any time in the video, so I will be keeping this going as is, checking the PH every couple of days and topping up the nutes bucket as needed. I am noticing some leaves dying, but they seem to be mostly ones that are not getting enough light and I am removing them as I go. The upper leaves and buds are looking strong so far, and just a touch of smell in the room. The colas are also starting to thicken and my fingers are getting sticky and stinky when working around them. Looking at the plants from a normal distance, they don't look very crystally, but the close up shots really are making them shine. After taking the pics, I like to zoom in on them and see all the crystals.

I feed and raise light.. nothing more. Still a zero effort grow.

Plants are going beautifully. No problems. Easiest grow so far. I’m running dangerously low on weed and I’m quarantined. If u read this message pls send weed 😷💊

Week 8 I started flushing this week. I’m using the green planet nutrient chart and it says flush using Rezin and Liquid Weight. The EC was 650 going in and 1500 runoff. PH going in was 6.5 PH runoff was 6. I’m using tap water that is around 360 EC coming out the tap. I’m going to flush for one more week. The tricomes on the purple plant are actually purple. First time I’ve ever seen that.

Week 6 and I'm back to normal nutrients regimen. Frost and size is increasing. No issues with anything and they're pretty much on cruise control 😎

Welcome to 📅 Day 1 of veg 3/15/2021 as you can see the seedling has grown a lot she had a 1 inch root sticking out the bottom already so I know the root starter was working. If you look close you can see she has her first true leaves and that's when I say day 1 of veg has started. I will do the video tomorrow germination under the mars hydro TS 1000 was a dream the dimming gives it a hand up over my Aglex light. I am growing the plants side by side this one is under the TS 1000 and the other will be under the Aglex 1200 to see how they compare. I have high hopes for the TS 1000 🌱🌱🌱 Update 📅 Day 3 of veg 3/17/2021: she is coming along very nicely her first true leaves are getting very large. I have the TS 1000 putting out 13253 lux. I'm top feeding her for about the first 2 weeks so the roots get down in the soil far enough for the auto-pot to do its job Update 📅 Day 6 of veg 3/20/2021 she is growing fast and strong under the TS 1000 the second set of leaves has started and progress is great I adjusted the lux down a bit

Final painting and floor trim completed. Walls are white and bright. I started to construct the main flood table. It is made of 2x3's and a sheet of chipboard. I fastened some rails at the perimeters and used caulking to seal all gaps. I will coat the face of the chipboard with a polyurea flat roof coating to make it completely watertight. I have 1/4 : 12 slope on it right now so that it drains to the reservoir end. I stained the sides of the table grey to match the floor trim because ambiance matters Shelves are up to hold my nutes/test pens/genetics/nug/papers/etc... I brought in one of the 3 HLG 550 clone qb's to test for light as I have never seen them in action. WOW!! Having one running is quite intense, I cant wait to see what all 3 going over the 4x10 area will look like (with shades on of course) A minor adjustment is needed to the height of the A/C exhaust vent. It is currently too high by 2" and needs to be lowered. Kind of a pain in the ass, but needs to be done for the table to fit snug. *Week 6 of flowering 10/01* Critical +2.0 - Apple Fritter Both plants are nearing harvest and have maxed out at a height of 48 inches. Buds have developed heavy trichomes and are giving off a bright and vibrant smell. 85% of both plants have grown in their orange hairs and have a bright green and orange tint, Today will be the last nutrient feed, I will be using the "Lotus Carboflush" starting tomorrow (10/02) to remove the salt build up until harvest which will be next week (10/09) * 10/8 - Cut down* Both are heavy on top - Covered in trichomes - smells deep (Citrus) Dry trimming in two weeks - aiming for 14 day cure. *Day 2 Dry Hang Video uploaded 10/09* *10/15 - Harvest should be completed by the end of this week - 10/20*

Runtz Automatic - Zamnesia Day 63 - This beautiful girl is less than a week from harvest, so for the past two waterings sessions, she has received just pain RO tap water, pH'd to 6.3. This process is known as "flushing" and it is essential to remove salt built up in the soil and plant. I will flush her over the next few days, allowing her soil to dry back to around 10% before I flush her again - I will do this step three or four times before I harvest. I've also removed a good portion of her fan leaves, to allow any bud site that might have been covered, to get a final weeks worth of direct light. Notes: - she is foxtailing in some parts, but not in others and the PPFD is in a normal range (800-1200) for this stage, so I'm assuming this is a genetic defect!? The Papaya Zoap and Do-Si-Dos, which are directly to her left and right, are a couple of weeks behind, and are not showing signs of foxtailing... Either way, she is just for me, so I'm not too worried about it, if anything, it makes her more beautiful! - her aroma is very sweet with some earthy undertones, very typical for Runtz. - the color on her cola's has changed in places, from green to purple, which is just beautiful! - around 90% of her trichomes are milky with around 2-5% being amber and 5% clear. - the majority of her pistils have turned orange, with some white pistils appearing from new growth only. - I could have started flushing her a few days earlier, but she still looked like she was bulking; that has now stopped.

- Day 63 of Flower Light reduction to 50% - Day 65 of Flower Last time Watering - Day 67 of Flower Lights out for 3 days - day 70 of Flower Harvest Trichomes are about 10% amber and 80% cloudy with 10% clear Temperatures for drying gonna be 19°C and RH around 55%. She is looking beautiful and her Smell is so intensive you cannot unsmell it. Its Loud! Has Some Sweet doughy, Stanky, Cheesy and Garlic notes to it. I cant wait for the smoke. Has Some Fruity (Plum or Tangie like), Soapy and Floral Notes to it. I cant wait for the smoke.
