Hello growmies! Welcome to week seven of An Epsilon Adventure! Massive thanks to both Shogun and Royal Queen Seeds for sponsoring this grow! I have just completed the final defoliation for the three least advanced (and largest) girls. I have also rearranged the tent again to try to maximize the space available and light usage. I have not fertigated for 5 days after the last fertigation was a flush without coco base. I am struggling with humidity at the moment so I have been trying to let the plants go more dry than usual. Daily Updates ### Week 7 Day 2 02:30 7/8 Heavily defoliated plants 1, 5 & 6 and removed some of the lower branches. Rearranged tent then photographed & measured: Plant 1 is now almost unbelievably 2nd tallest at "only" 141cm in height! Her stretch has just about ended. Plant 2 has stopped stretching at 111cm and is 2nd most advanced into flower. Plant 3 has stopped stretching at 95cm and is most advanced into flower. Plant 4 has stopped stretching at 100cm and is 3rd most advanced into flower. Plant 5 has gained 6cm this week and may add few more but she is pretty close to done stretching at 119cm. Plant 6 has gained 22cm this week and isn't quite finished. She is now the tallest plant in the series at 142cm. ### Week 7 Day 2 07:00 7/8 Fertigated 1.6l each ### Week 7 Day 4 02:00 9/8 Fertigated 1.6l each reduced coco a/b to 2m/l each. Spent a bit more time photographing and videoing to try and capture the changes and the developmental differences. These 140cm+ plants are going to STACK. I am bracing myself for a lot of trimming and a monster harvest. 🙏 The current order of maturity and likely order of harvest is 3 2 4 1 5 6. I think the first and last plants will be at least a week apart in harvest, perhaps 2 or 3. ### Week 7 Day 6 23:00 11/8 Fertigated 1.6l each The smell in the tent is there now, really not that strong but there are 6 plants motoring through flower here now so it's not insignificant either. Plant 3 is absolutely stacking now, she's more or less run out of space around her cola and is now growing some foxtail like structures, exciting! Plant 6 the least mature is 2-3 weeks behind plant 3, but her stretch has finally stopped at 144cm. Took wide angle in tent photos today. Diese Woche lief ziemlich gut bis auf das der durchfluss im rdwc aufgrund der Wurzelmasse immer schlechter wird der ec wurde auf 0.93 gesenkt. Diese Woche gab es jeden 2 Tag ein addback mit frischer Nährlösung.Auf dem 1 Bild ist ne 1,25l PET als Vergleich für einer der 2 mainbuds

Die Buds werden größer und fester, so langsam fangen die Ladies ordentlich an zu riechen

Big one is doing good, my ph meter broke and Hannah Instruments sent me a new probe. When I got it and checked run off everything was fucked up so I did a heavy flush on everything and a feed. Found some shit called Gnatrol on Ebay for the fungus gnats larvae added to the mixidk if it will work tho. Pictures were taken on Day 7 of Bloom.

Same regime i did add rose bloom for a 1 time feed. Dug a inch or so around the root and 1 inch or so hole by the pots edge. Recovered with soil then watered. I did not like the effects tho. It made a bunch of leaves change colors like they had p and k deficiencies. Stalks and viens got red but went back to normal after another watering with just 6.3 ph water

Outside in 7 gal fabric pots, they’re stretching out and over 3 feet tall now. Tons of bud sites, probably another couple of weeks before the preflowers start to show sex. Gone out of town for a few days, so I rigged up a hose timer to flood the kiddie pool once a day and just let the plants soak it up from the bottom.

Day one of week 4. Nutes (BioBizz Grow) 50% of recommended dose have gone in today, I will increase the dose to 1ml for the next watering in 2/3 days. Will introduce BioBizz Bloom next week if no Nutes burn this week. Will do some more LST training tomorrow after another full 18 hrs of sun.. UPDATE - 13th September: Day 2 of week 4, gave the girls a very little trim and some more LST today.. New growth coming through nicely.. UPDATE - 14th September: Day 3 of week 4, Nutes (BioBizz Grow) went in today at 1ml per litre. A little more LST and I finally topped the girls 😍.. UPDATE: 16th September: Day 5 of week 4, 3rd lot of BioBizz Grow Nutes at 1ml/l per plant. Pleased with my four ladies progress so far! Peace ✌️🏼 🍃

day 35 for the critical day 28 for the coockies the video in the dark, the first plant you see is one of my girl scout coockies, looks like big colas are forming up lol the other plant with the calmag issue is one of the critical, i got 4 plants in total 2 from each species the buds start to get bigger, ill stop the nutes for the critical and just give 1ml/l plagron green sensation, in other words ill cut the (N) out and just feed em water with bloom booster when they dry see you on week 6

Update of harvest

Bud wet weight : 168,1g of trimmed medium to big sized buds 25,4g of tiny tiny buds/larfs = 193.5 grams of trimmed wet buds. Details on genetics and smoke report above. This, as my first grow, is way more than I ever expected it to be. I haven´t had that much fun and enthusiasm in a very very long time. I can´t even explain the feeling it is to harvest your own cannabis, but I know most of you know what I´m talking about haha. It was really nice to practice LST, even tho it was SO HARD, ´cause I didn´t had barely any space to work since I used a hard pot and did not fill nearly half the size of it and the walls of the pot were really high. It was even difficult to water without dropping water on the lower buds. I haven´t learnt much about defoliation tho, I feel I need to study a little more about the phases you should or should not do it. Also, I discovered thrips are a pain in the ass. I had 2 tough weeks dealing with thrips, but in the end it was alright. I don´t have any humidity control device, which I intend to buy for the next grows. Growdiaries was really helpful for me, it kept me motivated everyday (not that I wouldn´t have had it anyways), the Grow Questions are REALLY useful and all the community is awesome. Thanks to all people that helped me here on GD during this first grow! To conclude it: I am really happy and satisfied with how the grow turned out. They look incredible, it almost feels like I can´t believe it still. Peace. UPDATES: 07/10 : The buds are now dry and already in curing jars, one of them with a Boveda 58% humidity pack. The total grams of the dry buds are: 41.4g (medium to big sized buds) 4.1g (tiny buds) = 45.5 grams! I´m really happy with the results, I thought it would be around 30g so yeah, that´s a really good surprise! In 2 weeks I´ll be back to update the smoke report. Thanks so much for reading! Peace. 09/10 : I managed to fit everything in the same container with some space between them, so now every bud is with the Boveda pack. 14/10: It´s been a week and the smell improved, it still smells a little like hay/plant ( even tho it´s not too dry neither too wet ). 21/10: Now it´s been two weeks and even tho the smell isn´t anymore hay, it´s a lot herbal. I really think the aroma can get better, but the taste is already good enough for me. The smoke report has been done and in case I have something to add, I´ll report here. Last watering before 8 Vaca. End of April should be peak harvest time

This week, the plant continued to develop with no major issues. However, signs of a magnesium and calcium deficiency have started to appear, which may require adjustments in the nutrient schedule with Calmag. The plant was watered once with clear, pH-adjusted water to maintain a stable environment. A mild yet distinct aroma has also begun to emerge, hinting at the plant’s unique character as it matures. Overall, growth is progressing well despite the minor nutrient deficiencies.

Still Hot AF! We’re at 100F everyday. All except the jelly rancher seem fine with it. The banana mango isn’t bothered. It’s interesting the heat difference on strains. All were planted the same time July 24, for the first time high today will be 90! Not 100! Shooting up like rockets! July 27th - supercropped the banana mango and it’s crazy wide and like a huge solar array! It rained yesterday! Real, soaking, non-drought rain. The plants loved it…
