Quick update on the strains I have growing at the moment. Its a mixture of Photoperiod and Autoflowering strains. For the Photos I have Cream & Cheese CBD (Seedsman), Critical+, DinaMed+ (both DinaFem) and 3 Cherry’s (Elevator Supply Co). For Autos I have NYC Diesel (Barney’s Farm) and 3 BlackBerry’s (FastBuds) This week I’ve seen lots of nice growth overall, but especially with the photoperiod plants. The Critical +, Cream & Cheese CBD, DinaMed+ and Cherry all look great! The Barney’s Farm NYC Diesel Auto is also looking good! The Cherry is starting to look good too and one of the new seeds sprouted. One more Cherry seed left so this time I tried putting the seed in a jiffy pellet then putting the jiffy pellet into the soil. We’ll see if that helps get one more going. The first 2 Blackberry’s are stretching and developing bud sites. These 2 are a bit small, but the purple in number 1 is coming in nicely. I think the 3rd will be the champion of the bunch and outgrow her big sisters. My fault for trying to get a head start by a few weeks on the first 2 in less than ideal conditions. Live and learn. I’m going to keep all plants growing so everyone can see the good, the bad and the ugly. (I bet the ugly still gets me high as fuck!) 😜 New tents coming soon too. Today, I spent some time tying down branches under the net again. It’s still a tricky task as the branches are quite brittle and break easily. Fortunately, the plants recover quickly, and so far, I’ve mainly noticed new growth sprouting from where the branches broke. Watering Experiment: Too Much or Just Right? Two days ago, I decided to give each plant an additional 2 liters of water to test the effects of what felt like overwatering. The results were interesting: High Humidity: The relative humidity spiked to 74%, which I consider a minor downside. Lower Temperature: Dropped to 29°C. Explosive Growth: The plants responded with vigorous growth! Given the humidity increase, I’ve decided to water the plants heavily only once a week. This approach should give them time to rest and prevent the growth of more mushrooms in the soil—yes, I’ve spotted a few popping up from the pot’s surface. Monitoring pH and Nutrient Reservoir I’ve also noticed that the pH has crept up to 6.2, indicating that the nutrient water hardness is decreasing. This suggests it might be time for a full reservoir refresh. Tonight, I plan to inspect the reservoir and clean it out. Thankfully, my hydro pump makes draining it a quick and easy process. Observations & Next Steps Continue training and monitoring branch recovery. Stick to the adjusted watering schedule. Refresh the nutrient reservoir and recalibrate the pH if needed. The grow is progressing nicely, and the plants seem happy despite some of the challenges. 9/27 34 days old. Buds are coming on fast. This plant is in the corner of the tent and is not fully under the light. Buds are not growing as fast as the main plant. Still the plant is doing well for being so young. Fed today Fox Farm open sesame and Remo natures candy. 9/2 watered today. This plant is very oily and smells great.

For the first time, I tried working with enzymes in the irrigation water. These are supposed to break down dead roots and plant material in the soil and make it available to the plant as food. I'm curious to see how it goes. After the first three weeks of light changeover the flower transformation is done. Now it is the right time for defoliation and lollopoping. So this is the Tear Down week. The timing of it makes it so i will need to the harvest flag in a few days when I can weight and test the plants. I have included the Cleaning, and Cutting and some Root Porn. I will make the harvest post in about 4-5 days, when I can trim these plants. There is a lot of Plant here. I got way more than I was expecting. I don't have a scale that measure this amount of plant, without taking like 10 measurements and then adding them together. So I will just be posting the dry weight. I will post the wet weight as dry weight * 1.65. Autopots: Wow, what a great product. I have been blown away by how well and how easy it was to work with them. They really did solve the watering issues. Excellent product. If you are a beginner, start with Autopots. -= Lessons Learnt =- - Overdrive the air to your Autopots. In my control plant, I used a small rectangle air stone (instead of a standard air dome). This lead to root rot and some other issues, it also put significantly less air into the water. The root rot, give the material for the Brown Algae to grow. Using a huge Air-disc-Air-Stone would be an excellent combo to mix in with the air dome itself. Something like this: https://www.amazon.ca/Pawfly-Diffuser-Suction-Hydroponics-Aquarium/dp/B01MY3AQ33 at the bottom and the air-dome on top of it, will be what I do with my next experiment. - Air stone in the reservoir. I had two instances where algae grew into the res. An air stone would have helped. It would have also helped my control plant get less root rot. Given the amount that the air-domes and air sources got engulfed, having the water have more o2 in it would have only been beneficial. - Don't grow 6 plants in a 4x4. Since my control plant was about 1/8th the size of the others, I think I could have grown 5 in the shape of a 5 (on a 6 sided dice)⚄ This placement would give a much more spaced canopy for airflow and more importantly light. The sides of some of the plants were lighter green and produced larf due to lack of light penetration. - This tent was on 19-5 schedule. This worked out very well for this strain. After every lights on, they were in the praying position, so this strain was able to recover in that 5hrs off. If I had more seeds, I would run these again, and try 20-4. I think this strain could handle it. All for all, I think I'm going to 19-5 as my default timing. This kept up a solid DLI. - Staring at .9EC (really .7 EC cause my water here is .2 EC) Then bumping up at .1 a week, until 1.6EC worked out VERY well. I experimented on this crop all the way up to 1.9EC, which burnt the tips of this plant. I think if I did this strain again, I would do 1.6EC until 3-4 weeks left then crank it to 1.9. It did plump them up when I went to 1.9, however it left them looking rough. Bulk was added though. - Sticking to 6.0PH for all of veg, and 2 weeks into flower worked great. The plant had solid and consistent color and leaf shape . The plant's did get hurt, due to some issues (as noted on the weeks). I switched to 6.5 PH in the last 3-4 weeks and it helped them recover, and plump up noticeably. -VPD. The #1 thing I focused on was VPD. I keep it .9kpa range, as best as humanly possible. It was honestly, HUGELY noticeable compared to my other grows. I know truly understand the value of properly dialed in VPD. This is the one lesson that will stick with me forever. - Super-cropping: On the plants I give the chiropractic treatment too, had much thicker stems as much larger channel internally. I did this treatment to 4 of the 6, and the 4 that had it done has larger buds and recovered from defoliation faster. TLDR; VPD is king. Super-cropping is worth the time. Keeping PH and EC dialed in were all wins. Autopots kick ass.

Serán 9 macetas definitivas de 7L para 120x120 con 780w LED Vamos para alla. **ACTUALIZADO** 26/02/24 Nuevas fotos con 17 días desde que se empezaron a germinar y, a partir de este próximo miércoles 28/02/24 empezamos a contar 1º semana de crecimiento.

So far so good, the ladies have streched and spread out rapidly due to high rains high heat and high winds. Lets see how the next two months

So much water usage this week! They started the week consuming about 5 gallons per day between the 8 plants. By day 4, they were consuming 10 gallons per day. That consumption caused my exhaust fan to run constantly to keep the humidity down. It nearly drained my tank of CO2, so I shut it off and set it to maintain 77 degrees and 55% RH. I came to the conclusion that I can only use CO2 in veg since it would seem to require some intense dehumidifying in room after they reach flowering size, and I only have enough room to fit a 30 pint which runs constantly and does not keep the humidity down on its own. The big left side plants are growing like crazy, and I am running out of squares in the screen. I had to start some additional training on branches to even out the canopy. Other than that, no problems. So far, so good! Some people have commented on crowding and airflow. Thanks for the input, everyone! Just to add some details about my airflow, I have 4 of the 6" oscillating clip fans. Two above and two below the canopy. There is a dehumidifier running constantly in the middle of the tent that is constantly blasting out warm air. There is an 800 cfm fan/filter recirculating air inside the tent. The 350 cfm Cloudline Infinity S6 exhaust fan runs frequently with CO2 on and constantly with it off with two 6" passive intakes at the bottom of the tent. Additionally, I remove fan leaves when they are crowding. I will do a major defoliation in week 3 and probably raise the screen a few more inches next week since I have a lot of stretching left to do.

Week 8 flower and the Sour Diesel is still fattening up and looks like about 2 weeks to go. Going to swell good I think. Lots of frost and getting thick. Turned the lights down now to 50% and they seem to be happy with that. Still just water through the drip and hand water once a week. Gnats suck and need to take care of them before next grow and do a better job moving forward. These TSW 2000’s from Mars Hydro are awesome and with two of them side by side are more than enough for this space. Blimburn Sour Diesel are turning out really good and smell like gas and are strong on the nose! Thanks for the view

First week of Flowering change the light schedule and first signs of pre flower are showing. This week I add 1ml/L of Terra Bloom and Sugar Royal. 2L Water per plant every 2 days. I went and removed a bunch of large fan leaves refucing the shadow areas below. Exodus Cheese seem to grow wider and taller than his neighbours GH Cheese…. and the quest for cheese continues.
