So this is the last week before harvest, the trichomes are gettin milky and this time i will cut a little bit earlier. It is rainy and humid outside, it's good to finish now. Gave her Flash Clean for 3 days now, flushing. in 3 days the reservoir will be empty and the last 3 days she wont get any water . Set the PPFD to 600 to save the terpenes. After some start problems she turned out better, my first time in Autopots and pure coco. A lot of buds, i think 180 Dry. The top are already smokeable, i did a partial harvest. 10/13: I fed her about 24 ounces of compost tea today. I had brewed 5 gallons of tea using 90% rainwater collected the day before, and 10% aquarium water. My tea contained about 2 cups of very rich compost a handful of biochar, a tablespoon of 7 diff species of endo-mycorrhizal fungi + 25 species of beneficial bacteria, 8 tablespoons of big bloom (mainly for the earthworm castings), 2 tablespoons of liquid molasses, and a tablespoon of kelp me kelp you. It had been brewing for 48 hours and was very frothy. I'm seeing signs of calcium deficiency on a few plants today, but the tea should correct that. I'll add cal/mag to the watering regimen anyway. 10/14: With so much light and airflow, she's drying out very quickly. I fed her about a half-gallon of water with grow big, big bloom, kelp me kelp you, boomerang, cal-mag+iron, armor si, and soluble humic acid. I also foliar fed her a few times with humic acid and big bloom. 10/15: I foliar fed with big bloom and a little kelp a few times today and peeled back the insulation in the attic above the closet now that it's getting colder outside. It brought my daytime temp down to 81f! 10/16: I fed her about a quarter-gallon containing all the good stuff, at full strength for the first time. I also misted her really well with Ph adjusted spring water a few times throughout the day, just to rinse off any built-up nutes. She never showed any signs of a calcium deficiency, but I dosed her heavy with cal-mag with this feeding anyway. I did some leaf-tucking today, but have decided not to FIM her. I really don't want to increase her individual footprint since she has so many neighbors. 10/17: I rearranged the garden a little bit and sprayed her down with ph adjusted tap water a few times today. She's looking great! 10/18: Today, I did a myco root drench, with a little added boomerang for all the aminos, vitamins, and earthworm castings, and some cal-mag. I soaked her thoroughly with about 3/4 gallon and let her sit in her tray to soak it all up. I'll let her go completely dry before I feed her again so that she really drinks it all in next time. I lowered the lights to 20 inches above her right at dark, so she'll wake up to an especially bright sunshiny day! 10/19: I was gonna rearrange this morning and had no space to work with, so I moved the 4 smallest plants in the garden into the "upper deck." Now she has a little more elbow room. It's the last day of week 3 and I'm really impressed with her progress. If I had more space to work with, I'd definitely be doing a little training to try and maximize my yield from her.

This lady had some beautiful colors throughout the grow, she wasnt quite as sticky as I expected giving the name but all around great smoke! Will be growing this again with a different feeding schedule to see if I can get a little more out of her but still happy with the results! Thanks for following & happy growing friends!

Esta semana fue solamente de flush 🚿 en esta ocasión decidí usar florakleen para ver con cual obtengo mejor resultado si con este o con flawless finish, lo hice así, primero hice un lavado con pura agua con ph de 6.2 lo hice desde el ultimo día de la semana anterior, fue lavado doble, uno en cuanto se encendio la luz y otro justo antes de apagarse, luego empezando esta semana regué dos dias usando el florakleen y ph de 6.2, el tercer día no regué y al final de ese día le di corte ✂️ y la colgué, actualmente ya la tengo curando, la tuve 10 días secándose con una humedad de entre 50 y 60% para un secado lento.

Smell of terps is filing the air! Plant has gone in hard now with flowering! Plant is starting bulk up and produce some nice sized colas. Sitting under 11 hours of light, switches off at 5 in the morning and in time for some colder temps to help push trich production, good idea for winter times in the southern hemisphere as keeping lights on during the night and off during the day certainly helps combat stunted growth due to cold weather. The OG Kush made it through her final week of flower...56 days in total. Super sticky and smells like a mix of limonene and pinene and a hint of sweetness on the back end. Plant is growing well. Transplanted them from a 1 gallon pot into a 3 gallon pot this week.

Early update from week 7. As hoped, she's doing great again. I just put in a lot of nutrients and she loves it. A little LST on the BPP2 and a little defoliation on the BPP.

This has by far been the most stressful part of the grow. as I'm trying to increase yield as much as possible, and in doing so f£&ked around and found out the hard way. She has gone into what I would say is severe shock this on the 31/1/25 will be the 3rd day of shock hopefully she can pull through and start growing again 🙏 🤞

Sep 7: what a great plant. Totally love how it’s going. Flowers keep getting fatter and heavier and she’ll be done before the end of September. Sep 8: there a tree root sticking up a bit in my yard which means the plant can be tilted toward the late afternoon sun. This is helpful because the sun is getting really low to the horizon already and we’re down to 13 h of daylight. Plus now direct sun is done in my yard by about 6 pm. Indirect light is okay but you really want direct sun at all times. Videos shows use of 730 nm far red light at dusk. Just a few seconds is all it takes to set the plant into dark mode two hours faster. It’s a bloom booster because you get two bonus hours of darkness or a 26 h day. Very effective but don’t miss a night and you have to adjust the timing each night. When starting this on July 20 Civil Twilight, as listed on timeanddate.com for my location, was at 9:45 and today it was at 8:40 pm. The red light at dusk is a highly recommended trick if you have daily access to your outdoor plants. Also works indoors, of course, and on autos too. Also I think it helps ‘stabilize’ the plant by emphatically putting it into dark mode, and therefore less susceptible to stray light to cause a hermie. Have not had hermie problems in four seasons of using the red light so that is my only ‘proof’ but it is true so far, even with taking flash pics before using the red light. Sep 9: getting heavier and now more branches are weighed down and slumping against the scrog net. Nice problem to have, I know, and without the scrog net some of the branches would be breaking off now. She’s now officially too big and too top heavy to keep moving around the yard in pursuit of direct sun. Sun is much lower to horizon now and direct sun hours are dropping too. Sep 10: getting close to done and getting very top heavy. Awesome. Sep 12: raining today. Has been cool last few nights and some purple colour is just starting to show. I don’t want to overdo fertilizer near the end, but I decided she is showing K deficiency. I’m out of malted barley but I still have potassium silicate, so I used that and some cal-mag. I’m avoiding kelp and molasses or using more P at this late stage because that can make the dried bud hard to burn and that really sucks. So, potassium silicate and cal-mag it is. The potassium silicate raises the pH and it takes about the same volume of vinegar to get the pH down. A good does of acetate is likely good for the bugs in the soil too. Then a squirt of Dr Bronners soap as a surfactant and that also supplies some biodegradable carbon for the bugs in the soil. Seems to work overall and is cheap.
