Hey now, so this week went very well! The genetics from Sweet Seeds have been very strong...some of the biggest and greenest leaves I have ever seen, and they seem extremely resistant to everything! I am still feeding twice per day, with CalMag, and Maxigro, with an EC of 1.4 total. I am still using the Mars Hydro SP250 which has been amazing. I did raise the light on day 33 as I am trying to keep the light approximately 18-24 inches from the canopy. I must say these genetics from sweet seeds have been amazing! These ladies have been extremely happy, healthy, and green, no matter what conditions I have put them through! I am still feeding Veg Nutrients by GH, but I will be switching to Bloom Nutrients and adding a Bloom Blooster either this weekend or early next week. I will be starting out bloom nutrients at about 1.2 EC., and then gradually raising until I hit 1.8 Thanks for checking me out, and Blaze On!!!

31.07.2025 – 06.08.2025 🌸 Week 3 Flower — Bud stacking begins! 🌸 This week was a turning point — stretch finally slowed down and the plants are now fully focusing on bud formation. The tent started getting really humid due to the extra leaf mass and transpiration 🌿💦. That’s when I realized: a dehumidifier is a must. Without it, RH would climb over 70%, which is dangerous at this stage. Temperatures are still steady (27°C day / 20°C night), but now I’m working on dropping humidity to ~55–60% for safer flowering. Nutrient-wise, I reduced nitrogen even more, focusing on PK boosters and bloom nutrients. Bud sites are stacking nicely, pistils are shooting everywhere 🧡, and the first serious trichome production has started ✨. Mistakes from earlier (too much IR, uneven light distribution) are still visible on some plants, but overall the crop is healthy and vigorous. Next week should be the start of real frost explosion ❄️.

NOTES: This will be the last week of flowering. Just a couple more days of flushing with the Final Solution and I'll harvest all of them before the end of the week. Then I'll hang them to dry in the same growing tent and start the drying and defoliating process. Overall everything looks pretty good and no bigger problems have occurred. Day113 (6.2.) Today is 64th day of flowering and 13th day of flushing. Day114 (7.2.) After my lights turn off today at around midnight, I'll take the timer and lights off completely and leave the plants in total dark for a day or so before cutting them off. Day115 (8.2.) Day116 (9.2.) Finally! Cutting the plants down this afternoon and hanging them to dry. So, the overall grow time from seed to harvest was 116days with 67days of flowering, with total darkness for the last 36hours before harvest.

Week 8 Summary - Not much to say except what's in the video. This girl is a beast and just takes whatever you throw at er! She's looking good and could flip any time, but we'll wait until end of week 9 I think. I continue to be impressed with the consistency of coco as a growing medium and the botanicare nute sched. appears to be fully on point. 3:1 ratio full strength nutes to calmag only. I know it's early and I've certainly learned my lesson before (#countingchickensbeforehatch) but I'm pretty sure I'm gonna smash this one dudes. There's simply no stopping this plant. This girls an indoor grow in the cabinet and she'll be manifolded and defo'd for 8-10 fat ass colas. They’ll spend a first week or so under a cfl assembly while the last harvest dries out in the cabinet. This grow is going to be nute sched. heavy and will hopefully test the limits of my smaller grow space (2sq/ft). Transferring was a breeze and she loved it…looking at her explosive growth you can tell. Her vegetative state continues for the next 12 weeks hopefully into the dry season for a killer harvest.

I moved my fastbuds plants under my new ELUFAH UAP-1500… from the start this light seems like it’s way more than 50 watts brighter than my other light. This light is going to be amazing. I’m already loving it. Can’t wait for grow pros to release more products from ELUFAH… Papapayton is doing great it’s at that stage it’s about to explode in a week or so

Day 82 - 12/12/19 So harvest is here and what a journey this has been :) This plant took much longer than the others but paid off at the end with huge colas! Wet weigh was around 400g so im expecting about 60g from this once dried :) Has a slight fruity/spicy taste to it. i wont be able to honestly tell until fully dried and cured though :) Big thanks to RQS for thier amazing genetics and a big thanks to all who helped out along the way! Il update the dry weight when dried and the bud report all throughout curing :) Day 85 - 16/12/19 All buds have been dried and damn it really filled up this 68g jar! i got 64g dry weight of prime buds probably another 10g of popcorn buds that i threw in with the trim. coming into heavy flowering i expected an ounce, after i started adding calmag and pk13/14 the buds exploded. and my expectations raised to about 45g. for it to be 64g at harvest from a 43cm tall plant thats something. A few experienced growers reckoned the high yield was because of polyploidy which i believe is a genetic mutation. i looked it up and i cant say if this is what happened or not. The bud has been dried fully and slower than last time, ive tried to have airflow somewhat around the buds but not too close to avoid drying too quick. Ive only been curing for a day but its so smooth already. ive never tried anything like lowryder which is the makeup of this strain so il have to honestly rate it once cured for a week or so :) but until then i will say its been getting me quite stoned and couchlocked. i definitely harvested near the end of the harvest window. il add a final update once cured for a week so u guys know what this strain is like as a final product. Day 89 - 19/12/19 Ive cured for around a week and ive been smoking the buds and watching christmas movies alot! :'D The curing has developed a nice hit on the throat and more flavour along with burning better in joints and bongs :) ive smoked some exotic strains but i honestly feel this is among the best grown smoke ive had. it just feels so well grown with a smooth burn! i definitely harvested on the later side of the harvest window as buds have mostly amber pistils and smoking them gets me pretty stoned and sleepy! this is great as i have trouble sleeping and relaxing. i havent had this much sleep in a while. while i would say this is fairly average bud i still would rate it a solid 7, sure it might not have a strong exotic smell or flavour but it gets the job done well! and the high yield really impressed me. considering i need to be growing enough to stay medicated the 64g dry weight really made my day! Its very relaxing to know you dont have to struggle to get your medicine! I added a few photos of the best buds in the jar and im really impressed with myself for growing some fat buds! Have a good christmas folks and hope you enjoyed the diary, im gonna add it in to the newbie christmas draw so keep an eye out for it on there :) Finally i added a video of the little cayenne pepper plant featured in week 4 of this diary, its 78 days old now and is growing nice green waxy peppers :) I cant wait to makesome chilli flakes and some soup to keep me warm over the winter as soon as the peppers ripen! 06/03/19 - These plants have grown so fast, normally at this stage my previous plants have been much smaller, only 14 days old and got a 8-9 wingspan on the fan leaves, I’m really happy I’ve turned to mills as I’ve had no faults with them yet, I did see a slight cal defiency on one of them but this was my own fault not the nutrients, I heard I dident have to add cal mag as their A&B had extra in it, but as I’m in coco I made a mistake but I’m hopeing that it’s gonna be a quick fix and they will be back to normal in the next few days 🤞🏻 09/03/19 - the gelatos seem like their doing fine, had a few brown specs but nothing progressed and it looks like their doing good. 12/03/19 - started to LST/leaf braid today as their already big enough for it and should be switching to flower at the end of next week

She is growing like a champ. The only issue I have with her so far is watering she feed like crazy. Excited to see what the future hold for her.

So where to begin I got 108.83 ounces wet from two plants in a 2.3x2.3 on my first attempt not including larf. I can’t complain about that. Took me 14 hours to trim the last plant and boy that was a marathon. I will update this once I get some dry weights and everything goes into curing.

Start of week 8 of flowering, day 78 for the plant. She's healthy but the buds are slow to fill out in size, this could be the result of the heat stress she suffered. Other than that, I'm still happy with this plant.
