Finaler Grow-Report – Lemon Cherry Gelato Mein erster legaler Grow mit Lemon Cherry Gelato von Barney’s Farm ist fast abgeschlossen – das Curing läuft noch, aber es ist Zeit für ein Fazit zum Anbau! Setup & Bedingungen: Ich habe in einer Spider Farmer 90x90x180 cm Growbox unter der Spider Farmer SF-G3000 (300W LED) angebaut. Als Medium kam BioBizz Light-Mix zum Einsatz, gedüngt wurde mineralisch mit Advanced Nutrients (Grow, Bloom, Micro). Um das volle Potenzial der Pflanzen auszuschöpfen, setzte ich auf Low-Stress-Training (LST) und ein ScrOG-Netz zur optimalen Lichtverteilung. Keimung & Wachstum: Die Keimung verlief problemlos – 4 von 5 Samen sind innerhalb von zwei Tagen aufgegangen. Während der Vegetationsphase entwickelten sich die Pflanzen kräftig und reagierten gut auf das Training. Die ScrOG-Methode half, ein gleichmäßiges Wachstum und eine bessere Lichtnutzung zu erzielen. Blüte & Ernte: Nach etwa 6 Wochen Vegetation leitete ich die Blütephase ein. Die Pflanzen zeigten eine starke Harzproduktion und eine beeindruckende Farbgebung mit einer Mischung aus dunklen Grüntönen, lila Highlights und frostigen Trichomen. Das Aroma war von Anfang an fruchtig und zitronig, mit phänotypischen Unterschieden in der Intensität. Die Ernte fiel mit 300-350 g trockenen Blüten sehr zufriedenstellend aus – für meinen ersten legalen Grow ein starkes Ergebnis. Curing (still in run ): Aktuell lagern die Blüten in 24 Mason Jars (16oz) und einem 2L-CVault, um das Aroma weiter zu entwickeln. Derzeit dominiert eine zitronige Note, während die erhofften Kirsch-Terpene langsam stärker hervortreten. Mein Ziel ist es, die Haze-Noten möglichst gering zu halten und das volle fruchtige Profil herauszuarbeiten – der Prozess ist also noch nicht abgeschlossen. Fazit: Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit dem Grow – die Kombination aus hochwertiger Genetik, gutem Training und präziser Nährstoffversorgung hat sich definitiv ausgezahlt. Die Buds sind harzig, aromatisch und vielversprechend, und ich bin gespannt, wie sich das Curing weiterentwickelt. Der nächste Schritt ist, das perfekte Terpenprofil zu treffen – und das Curing geduldig zu optimieren.

Buds are fat, tight, fully stacked. Trichomes are now mostly cloudy with 5–15% amber, especially on Sour Puffs and DC Kush. Opium shows the longest ripening window — still pushing white pistils into Week 18. 💎 Trichomes: Shimmering in the sun, thick coverage. Some foxtailing visible on the sunniest tops (natural, not stress-induced). Aroma is intense — gassy, fruity, and spicy notes depending on strain. 🍃 Fading & Finish: Leaves are fading beautifully. Controlled senescence — yellow tones from the bottom, with some red/purple hints on DC Kush. No signs of overfeed or flush-burn. 📽️ Videos show: Colas bending under their own weight Excellent density and frost level Clean, pest-free buds — no visible mold or rot despite intense heat Feeding: No additional inputs during this phase. Plants running on stored nutrients — fade is clean. Ideally you want to drastically up your PK Week 5 of flower. Unfortunately adding PK late last week forced me to ramp up by 2ml/gal every day until 9 ml/gal to avoid shocking the plants. These plants were growing super bushy despite being Sativa dominant. Definitely played it too safe Week 3, gonna go heavy next run.

No major problems this week, plants growing extremely well, the nutrient burning problem that I was seeing in the previous weeks disappear, reducing the concentration of nutrients worked great LST and defoliation this week. On day 49 the extraction fan was off for around 10 hours, fortunately no major problems came out of this. Day 150, 8th of October... She is getting old LOL..... the weather was the worst this week so far a lot of rain like 3 days non stop. The temperature is lowering as well. Sunshine??? What is that just bits... so basically she is just maturing there.... The smell is crazy strong nice sweet and citrus style... there is no sun but compare to that she will have some nice buds for me 🤪

Hi buddies im back to the diary Everything is going well, the girls drink a lot 3 to 5 liters of feed per day, the Ph and EC remain stable. I see new roots and buds continue to bloom💣 so I think they are fine and healthy. Sensi Seeds indicates Skunk#1 with 8 weeks flowering now i am at the beginning of week 7 bloom but I still don't see milky or amber trichomes and not even so many brown pistils, so i will repeat the week 5 feed as AN advice... maybe from the next one I'll start with overdrive .. who knows? 😁 I made some macro videos of the trichomes, in the next few days I will update the diary with photos. First day of week 6, I will be adding content as the week progresses, have a look at week 5 as that is now complete. Status: Candy Kush #1 d36 - Looking awesome, some pistils showing. Was too bushy so did some LST and slight defoliation today with supercrop on 1 branch. Candy Kush #2 d36 - Looks like nitrogen deficiency is sorted, now I have excess? :D see the clawing tips? Gonna stick with the current feed, hopefully she'll overcome otherwise I'll flush her once if things get worse. Bubble Kush d32 - Amazing, nothing to report, some tucking done Fastberry d32 - Looking as weird as ever, some tucking done Sugar Mama d36 - growing and getting really bushy, shame about the mess I did with the roots/stem but she is doing ok now. ---- Fed 2nd day of weeks 6 (day 37), 3ml biogrow 2ml calmag. pH was at 6.5 Ec was at 1.5. New leaves are really yellow in candy Kush 2, iron deficiency? Not sure what is happening, will be monitoring. ---- Day 38, Removed the yellow leaves and a little defoliation on all the plants ---- Day 39, Raised the shorter plants so they get some more lights. All of them have finished 35 days (5 weeks from seedling today) and are looking great. Feed the same, although they still look very bright, brighter than I am used to. ---- Day 41, Feeding time, started giving them bloom at 5ml/l and the other normal dosages as in diary. ---- Day 42, End of week 6 The girls are all looking great, there is is so much hair on the buds, haven't seen so much with outdoor grows. Exciting :D Sugar mama is way too bushy and not getting taller. The new blades are too thin, maybe I'm overfeeding her (only biogrow+calmag)? defoliated her, lots of fan leaves removes, she is asking for some training, I've ordered plant tie and will do some LST when delivered. This Pink Lemonade strain has tested in the 30% cannabinoid range with crazy terps, all from other Home Growers! This will be one of my submissions for the 2023- 34 Street Grow Cup, Can’t wait 🇨🇦👊❤️ I started as usual by soaking my seeds for about 6 hours in a glass of distilled water, then planted directly into the substrate about a 1/2 inch into the starter pot. I dialed my light back to about 100 watts from the wall, and raised it to about 40 inches above the pots. I covered the pots with domes, and set my humidifier to run non-stop. 30 hours later , they had all sprouted ❤️

I love how the tropicana cookies turn purple and red, the terbs are so tasty like Juice. I hope the smoke smell like the flower 🤩

Cut screen down now as all stems hardened and in place. Had a good shuffle around and as the Dos Si Dos 33 height was taking over the rest ive raised my lights and put the other 3 on top of boxes to raise up more level. Really pleased with everything, had to do a little late trimming as plants are all so bushy but now everything set for them to just grow freely untouched. Starting to fatten up and got plenty of top bud sights fingers crossed in for a good yeild and so far the quality is there. This Purple Punch has come on really well and is showing no issues and looks to be really healthy and strong
