For weeks 9-10-11-12: It was now May 2020 and the ambient temperatures combined with no exhaust fans were raising temperatures to almost 30 degrees celcius. Way too much. So I rushed to find an oscillating fan and also a so-called inline fan with carbon filter for the smells that started to develop and for exhaust of hot air, trying to control too high temps.

This past week was a major turning point for the girls. After the rough transplant stress and dehydration, they finally bounced back and are now showing strong, vigorous vegetative growth. The transplant into final 20L smart pots together with Big Plant, mycorrhizae and a drainage layer of clay pebbles seems to have kickstarted the root zone really nicely. The girls were topped this week and handled it surprisingly well. New tops already started pushing hard and side branching is waking up fast. Bio Heaven definitely seems to help with recovery and overall vigor — new growth is looking healthier, greener and more explosive every day. The LED is performing beautifully so far. Internodal spacing stays super tight and the plants are stacking very compact and bushy, exactly what I want for the upcoming SCROG run. Structure is looking ideal for training: low profile growth, dense branching, tight node spacing, nice lateral expansion starting. Next phase now is: spreading the branches outward, starting LST, opening up the center, preparing for the screen. Currently watering every 3–4 days with around 2L of nutrient solution per pot. The smart pots are drying back nicely and the medium still feels airy and healthy. Lower yellowing leaves are still showing some leftover damage from the earlier stress period, but the important thing is that all fresh growth looks healthy and active now, so I’m not worried about it anymore.

10/27 Last week for these guys for sure. Really not happy with the soil as things turn out but thats why I have four cubic feet of buffered coco ready for next grow. Worry about soil next spring. Held off watering today as I may decide to go ahead and chop, tricones are ready and few new hairs so... need em dry. 10/28 Gave 1.5 liter of 6.5 PH water and 1 tbs Karo /gal each, just enough to get things to the 30th Harvest day with no further issues. Some new hair growth noted so buds still building on all but Jen, she is done but no where to put her till the drying tent is free so... on it goes for a couple. :)

F15 Code Red has exploded in growth, aiming to get to 70 cm while the crescendo will do 55 or so. Either way both look super healthy and on track to a great flowering. I’m a little worried that the weeks 4-6 will be hard on the mute schedule, time will tell if they need the pk boost hard. Easiest grow of my life with best results, auto pots are going to be staying on every subsequent grow.

6/13 - It's the beginning of week 3 and 2 of my 3 Jack Herers are suffering from Zinc deficiency. I noticed this yesterday and believe this is a root issue and not a pH issue. They have most likely outgrown these little 4 inch nursery pots and used up all the nutrients in the soil. I'm about a week late in transplanting them as is. I was going to do it last week, but my schedule got thrown off. I knew I would have to leave them in a bit longer so I gave them a very light feeding last week as I was afraid to burn them. However, it turns out for these two, it most likely wasn't enough. I will be transplanting them into 1 gal pots tomorrow with brand new Roots Organic original soil amended with Roots Organics Uprising Foundation. That should take care of any issues. 6/15 - Transplanted all three Jacks into 1 gallon pots. I started with Roots Organics Original soil then added some Oregonism XL to the root ball and a good amount inside of the hole before planting. Then, I top dressed all with some Uprising Foundation also by Roots Organics. . For gnat prevention, I used Bti (Bacillus thuringiensis) aka mosquito bits. I also added some Uprising Grow, as a dry amendment to the one plant that were showing deficiencies for a little extra boost going forward. Finally, I watered everyone with compost tea that I brewed for 18 hrs. They are already looking stronger and healthier.

🌱 GMO Cookies — Week 9 From Seed | Week 4 Flower We’re now entering Week 4 of flower with our GMO Cookies — and things are moving fast. Very fast. From structure to flower formation, these girls are showing intent. Stacking, stretching, drinking… responding. Let’s break this week down properly. --- ## 🔬 Macro World — Why We Start Looking Closer Now This week marks the beginning of something important: we stop just looking… and start observing. Macro photography allows us to step into the plant’s reality: • Trichome heads beginning to form • Early resin coverage on sugar leaves • Pistils reaching, searching, multiplying • Surface textures you don’t see with the naked eye No stacking here — just single shots. Finding the focus. Respecting the moment. Some shots are clean and informative. Others are more dramatic — shadows, contrast, emotion. Both matter. Because growing is not just data… it’s also perspective. --- ## 🌿 Canopy Work — Opening Space, Not Forcing Control This week we did a selective defoliation. Not aggressive. Not random. Intentional. One of the girls pushed hard — dense structure, limited airflow — so we opened her up slightly. Goal: • Improve light penetration • Reduce microclimate buildup • Allow lower sites to breathe • Keep energy moving efficiently We removed more leaves than initially expected — but always with respect to the plant. No stress signs after. They accepted it well. --- ## ⚠️ Leaf Observations — Nothing Concerning We spotted some burned leaves, mainly: → Under-canopy LED exposure → Lower zones receiving direct intensity Important: • Not spreading • Not systemic • New growth remains healthy Color is strong. Leaf posture is confident. Flower sites are developing clean. This is not a problem — just a note. --- ## 🌱 Current Environment & Feeding The girls are eating and drinking like champions: • 💧 ~1.7L per plant / day • ⚡ EC: 2.4 • pH: 6.5 • 🌡️ Temp: 28°C • 💨 RH: 60–65% • 🌬️ CO₂: ~1000 ppm Everything is aligned with their demand. They’re not being pushed — they’re being supported. --- ## 📏 Structure & Growth • Height: ~150 cm • Strong vertical development • Good lateral branching • Flower sites stacking consistently This is the phase where structure turns into yield. Week 11 All is under control: plants are growing correctly, healthy, deep green… perfect size, a few weeks before flowering cycle; I did a second topping week 10 on everyone (+6 nodes): I would have a maximum size around 150 cm for discretion and space. Still Aphids problem on the Royal Moby and I treated leaves by hand with Soap…making a mistake: too late in the morning so the sun burned some leaves. This insects are still there but the infestation is contained for the moment. I sprayed Neem oil on all plants. Added more soil in each pot : 1.5/2L of humus worm + guano bat. I observed a sort of burn on lhe extremity of leaves: possibly a sign of nitrogen excess. I stopped nutrients for a while, adding just enzyme and Alga Mic. Watering around 1.25L/2 days Daylight 15h30 - 6h25/21h55 Sunny days, cloudy sometimes, windy (NNE) T°= 13ºC N / 21°C D Humidity 67%

WEEK 2 DAY 14 Since last week the babies have taken off! They didn’t have much light until yesterday when I added another 100w led and since then I’ve seen a huge difference ! They are looking super healthy the roots said fuck the pot and grew right through it I’m actually super interested in seeing how these grow up.. The 3 clones that were separate last week are now moved into one single pot to further develop the experiment. They are on the same feed as the mother with flora grow/micro/bloom and cal-mag . And In the last picture you can see my ghettos man way of cloning .. going to see which 2 out of 4 are better rooted and I will move those to a pot in about a week or so. The plant is showing signs of being completely ready and I decided to test the Myth of putting the plan 48 hours in darkness one plant I decided to chop it down right away the other one I will put it in 48 hours of darkness and I'm going to see if there is any true difference in flavour and taste or Racine since both plans are clones they should be identical in end so any true difference between them will show If there is any truth to the myth or put it down as a false. Despite being lots of mistakes along the way and suffering a lot from many different issues the plant has grown nicely in the garden and it has thrive in the Canadian environment. I will update later on when the plans are completely dry and I cut it for for the curing process and also for check out how heavy they are thank you for reading have a happy grow. After three weeks in curing process there is no true difference between both of them neither a bag of peel but unfortunately the one that I cut first retain more flavor and smell typical of the plant rather than the one that was left 48 hours in darkness the only thing I have not test is for rosin production because my machine have not arrived yet other than that the one that I not allowed any dark. Has better high better flavour and better smell than the other one this doesn’t mean that the 48 hrs. Doesn’t have any validation this only proves that in my garden I have no practical application for this technique . Thank you for reading have a happy grow
