Curently under a dimmed light, in the tent with Congo drying. Did not sanitise anything just scooped up some dirt from the top of a random container from previous grow. As far as I rememberπ, I had some sort of Nitrogen toxicity in flower... so I should be good for veging π Plants are under a gentle breeze. It could be a bit hotter, an easy fix as soon as Congo have finished to dry.
One Bubba Kush X Malawi did not make it. After she sprout she died soon after.π Most possible cause of death: damping off, pythium, fusarium wilt... I wanted 4, here I have 4!!!
Bublawis are 36hrs behing has they broke soil about 4 days ago. Both plants are looking the same, no way to difference them, no rank attributed.
PCK x Kali China are pushing second set of leaves and start to show some internode spaces. They were born first and wind stress could have started earlier a bit.
@HighRoller909, Seedsman used to be good but orders don't end up making it thru customs anymore
stealth just doesn't cut it unfortunately . I may try one of the other "seedbanks" but because they won't send original breeder packs It is unknown whether you are actually getting what you paid for??
@sativaman, the truth shall be revealed only after curing. I think some terpenes stay only for a short time and some are shy. The shy terpenes comes out only after a month or so i. The jar. Sativa is some time like this.
I smoke joint so not a big fan of kush. I think kush is great with a bong.
@Med_in_Tropic, I did not know about Katsu. Just saw a vid on youtube he explains the difference and origins of pre-98 Bubba kush and the Katsu cut. then he comments: if I give you the 2 different bags to smoke you would know instantly they both are Bubba Kush and pronably won't be able to identify witch is witch..
Happy to hear that!! Characteristics should be very similar...
@Med_in_Tropic,...
Truth is I feel very sad and beyond disappointed!!!! I was growing this for taste and effects, this special cut of Bubba is not what I expected. ACE just broke hart!!
Dear friend, you may have mite infestation. This could cause more trouple on some strain than other. Ace did listed resitance to spider mite on PCK x KC to be "average-high". For me, if it is not very high then it would need attention.
Well @sativaman, what works for 6 legged insects may or may not work for eight legged mites. I had a heck of a time with mites at the moment. Comes with the wet season.
@Med_in_Tropic, Oh yeah.. I forgot.. also have on hands some diatomaceous earth spray but it shoots like a jet it is designed for ants nest.. (Ants don't care about diatomaceous heart and it did not hurt them)
@Med_in_Tropic, I sure hope it is not mites.. never had any mites issues indoor. I cannot see any bugs or signs even with the jewellers lope. No signs of web or honey like with aphids.
From my experience running these LED it still can be a Magnesuim problem. Really crossing my fingers for a mag deficiency. Letting the soil drying out a bit and tomorrow I will drench it with a triple dose of epsom salts and see what happens.
Otherwise I have some 'Doctor Doom Spider Mite Knock Out' I used it on my basil plants a few years ago: all leaves turned black, dried and died..π°π± Last resort insecticide...
@Med_in_Tropic,..Yep!! in fact I did not realised the Bublawis are advanced as well!! (Gotta say that pre-flowers started very soon after week 8. I am not counting days from flip to 12-12 but rather when I detect firsts pre-flowers).
@Grey_Wolf, I am not quite sure now mate! Just went true defoliation and they smell like Bubba! (great stickiness already!) Stem is thick and sturdy not like old Sativa would be. I would love any of the combinations: Bubba would be one of my favourite Indica and Malawi my top Sativa. Cannot wait see the outcome!!!
