Say hello to the girls. Caitlyn showed from germination rapid development with Lenore a close 2nd, The Runt of the litter was noticeably smaller after germination, Genetics. Was a successful 5 of 5 seeds but I managed to murder my first ever transfer from paper towel to soil. Valuable lessons learned made me feel so bad. Ma weee baby got decapitated doh. Tried adding supplemental blue light (PAR38 BLUE LED bulbs) Interestingly the 2 plants that got the extra blue showed increased vigor (Catlyna and Lenore). Lenore was later murdered during transplant, was difficult to notice if it was genetical or the blue helped shorten internodes, Caitlyna eventually turned out to show her purples much earlier than the other 2. Next grow I will be looking to do more measured and contained experiments on plants with similar genetics for a more definitive idea of the different blue light makes to internode spacing.
