2x4 Tent - French Macaron continues to experience what looks like ph lockout issues. This after two weeks corrective action of feeding slightly higher ph'd water (7.0 to 7.5) with no visible sign of improvement. So, at that point, I flushed plant with approximately 3 gallons of plain RO water. I then allowed plant to dry completely dry out before giving it a feeding of recharge. Despite the struggles I've experienced throughout this French Macaron grow, the plant is so frosty and we're only finishing week 6 heading into week 7. Relocated Afgooey Auto #3 back into the 2x4 with 12/12 light simply because it would not go into flower. Now after roughly a week, #3 is beginning to pre flower. Defoliated her quite a bit as she's squatty and bushy.
3x3 Tent - Afgooey #1 and #2 completed week 4 and halfway through week 5 of flower. Tricome and resin production kicking in as these two girls are showing signs of bud fattening, frost and smelling strong. Afgooey #2 is one thirsty girl more so the #1 and #3. Older leaves beginning to yellow at bottom of plant, which may be a sign it needs a higher level of feeding the other two plants. I transplanted clones into 1 gallons approximately two weeks ago and the babies are starting to grow nicely. A couple are growing a bit weird in shape but that should resolve itself as they gain more height. Hoping to Mother a few for future grows.
@BigDaddyK, just a heads up that on day 13 half of my 12 cuttings have emerging roots. This is only the second time cutting/cloning (first time a complete disaster). I purchased the Midas Hydro b/c it was recommended in a GrowWeedEasy article I read about cloning. GWE also recommended using both gel and rooting powder, but I experimented with just the gel out the gate. Transplanting those clones into dixie cups in the morning and I'll post some updated photos in next week's diary update. Check it out, if you're interested and have the time.
@BigDaddyK, Midas Hydro is the brand I use, which was purchased from Amazon. First time using a rooting gel and peat pellets. Day 6 today, so I hope to see roots emerging in next 3-4 days.
