Welcome to my Apple Fritter Diary, sponsored by Zamneisa. Veg Days 22-27 edited Day 28 So, I've decided to go full tilt. Aswel as been topped, hard defoliation. I thought, "she's a prime candidate for HST. She's healthy. Just about to flip. Not lots of growth on her. And HST'ed her at the start, before and shoots/growth. So practically all 4 nodes are HST'ed and therefore there extentions. So the whole lot was HST'ed. Will be interesting to see how see turns out. I like trying new things. (Edit: She's at to turning up her shoots towards the light(s). As I readjusted the LST ties. So, they stay down. She's healthy and happy. HST, DEFOLIATIONS/LST Defoliation was contentious done on this girl. I left it so the side shoots grew some. Maybe, it would of been best if I'd of taken their fan leafs to slow their growth. HST was applied on day 27, just before she flipped. I was thinking of this since last week and only made up my mind as she got closer to flipping. She's days away from pre flower. Her v's "in-between the nodes" see stigmata appearing. "White hairs". Will readjust her LST ties after she's had 24hrs to settle her HST. Redid the LST ties so the HST'ed nodes are stay down. She's happy & healthy and looking fab. Diet: As I've been doing with all my partly soil based grows. I've been keeping the ppm the same since veg begun, "7-10 days in" and not rasing the ppm but instead increasing the frequency of feeds from 1 a 6-7 days to 2 every 6-7 days. She's also had a change of enzymes. Having used Atlas to break down any old roots left over from past grows, she's off that now. Still on Artios touch "for stress" and has been put on Fire Yields. Lights: SF/P 1000(s) are been used in the veg process. Maybe even flowering. I've yet to make up my mind. Plant is 80cm away as both lights are turned up to 100%.

@Patricia_Zamnesia, Thx. I planted another. As this 1 I find is much further behind. I'm hoping when she leaves the seedling stage. She'll push past it. But, have another going as a backup. Will be having apple fritter either way. Look forward to getting Wedding Cake Fem going after the summer. Thanks for everything.

@Patricia_Zamnesia, she's done pal.. not huge buds, but super dense. Was a new thing HST'in and then topping, she had very few nodes. Got close to 50g. All buds are rock hard. Runtz clocked 90+g frosted Guava 80+g very larfy but super frosty.. All will be added and rated after a month's cure. All are very lovely. Easy 8s without cure. So they're gonna be good after full cure & tests. Thanks for the strains

You also top and train your babies. I just let them do there thing is probably why we seem more stretching in mine?,πŸ˜πŸ’¨

@Hydro_Hiebs, I'm big on that too. Many an auto I've not bothered to do any LST even fems defo got to do with the stretching. As the leaf sites are blocked/shaded out in pre flower the buds stretch in search for more core coverage. Especially using static lights if you don't LST, At minium to avoid excess stretching you should rotate your girls at least twice in the lights on session.
