Actually I haven't thought on doin another diary this year but.. on my search for possible strains to work with you come along a lot of breeders and seed vendors. Many of them are in fact just a waste of time imho...
I like being treated like a human being and I use to talk/write with everybody at eye level. If you can't return the favour... I am definitely not the man to spend a single cent on you.
But this isn't the case here, not at all.
Kannabia was willing to offer a sponsorship which I politely declined, not because of the quality of their strains, of course not, but I already had a pack of their genetics in my vault😅..
I am so curious how the THCV will develop and I am even more curious about the effects.
Seed went to the jiffy this morning.

The THCV took her time to germinate. I had to push her a bit with Plagrons Seedbuster.. super product if u have long stored seeds or u don't know how the previous owner had them stored.

She had a bit of a rough week and had to manage the circumstances in the mothertent. VPD hasn't been in her favor. Growth could have been better..

I haven't treated her as properly as she deserves. Lots of big plants around and the temps in the tent don't fit to her sativa heritage.. nevertheless she's healthy and till next week big enough for thenext container.. see u then..

It's obvious that she's enjoying the higher temperatures.

3rd week of bloom is done and she developed very nicely. Lower Fan leaves got really big and buds forming beautifully.

Scent is too moderate to get it between the other flowering plants.

Welcome to the 6th week of bloom.
Everything is running smooth so far. I had her a bit overdosed beginning last week resulting in a slight yellow shimmer on the leave sides.

Kannabia is a real good collaborations partner. i enjoyed very much the contact with them
and the strains are awsome, i had resiliant and well structured Plants with a sweet harvest. h´what else do you need?
Sativa madness! How long are you expecting this to take to flower? Just curious as I don’t tend to grow sativa’s. The most I go is like a 60:40 sativa heavy hybrid.
Iv had a couple grams of THCv and honestly, I couldn’t really tell the difference between that and normal distillate BUT as I just said this was distillate so I just added my own terps and either dabbed it or filled a ceramic coiled cart.
I’d definitely like to make some distillate in my lab at some point but I think you need a different distillation setup to deal with the junk…I think it’s a multi stage process but still, worth a go and a LOT safer than a lot of the RXN’s I do in there!
I've been vaping the Seedsman Diet Durban THCV and its def a bit different, its proper wide-awake stuff, a weird mix of feeling stoned but sober on a first hit. It comes on stronger the more you have but stays keeping you active. Keeps me awake at night though.
