Introduction - Week 24|17 Summary - Ensign's log, stardate 9628.61, Wow another Vulcan scorcher! Although the humidity has been worse than the heat, the higher levels do seem to be helping. I think. Flipped the light cycle in the flowering tent from 12/12 to 18/6. By the end of the week, buds have definitely started swell! Started using a powdered form of Cal/Mag with my waterings. Up-potted a couple plants. Also topped a few. Checked trichomes for the first time this cycle and have determined a general harvest day! About two more weeks until harvest! Need to start planning out the next cycle which will be my first time using a scrog. Getting stoked! These summer grows are always rough. Just have to Klingon for a bit more. Onwards Ensign! [START OF WEEK 24|17] ========================================================== Garlic Budder #1 - WEEK 24|17 - Full Bloom Wk8 Garlic Budder #2 - WEEK 24|17 - Full Bloom Wk8 Garlic Budder #3 - WEEK 17 - Full Veg Garlic Budder #4 - WEEK 16 - Full Bloom Wk8 08/12/24 → 08/18/24 This Week's Estimated Goals ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- DLI: ~26 mol/m²/d PPFD: ~400 μmol/m²/s VPD: ~1.2 kPa This Week's Meter Readings & Averages [Lights On: 16:00 - 10:00] ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- DLI: 30.00 mol/m²/d PPFD: 463 μmol/m²/s VPD: 1.10 kPa Soil %: [41.6, 32.4, 37.0, 35.0] ========================================================== Day 01 - Monday - 08/12/24 - Total Days: 168 ----------------------------------- Daily Averages [~23:00] - Temps: 88.1°F [31.2°C] - Humidity: 75.7% - VPD: 1.09 kPa - Soil %: [44, 33, 33, 38] ----------------------------------- - [11:18]: With about 2 weeks left before harvest and drying, going to try an 18/6 light cycle. --- This should help to thicken up buds and can also produce more trichomes. Nice! --- Within the AC Infinity App, --- For the Main Tent [4x4] controller, --- Adjusted the 'Flower [12/12]' Schedule for the grow light. ------ The START/END times were changed from 07:00PM/07:00AM to 04:00PM/10:00AM --- Not increasing the intensity, but now the light in the flowering tent will on for an additional 6 hours a day so makes sense in theory (exactly the same time as the veg tent). - [23:00]: Late night check on the 4x4 flower tent. --- Toasty and yet humid in the garden! Growth is looking better! I think. --- Wow buds are just coated in trichomes! Ooo wee! Terpenes are off-gassing lemon pledge citrus along with a minty funk. Nice! --- The GGC2024 plant is still growing! Similar to the rest of the flowering cultivars, growth is pretty burnt. - [23:02]: Checked down both fill tubes. --- Both reservoirs were completely dry! - [23:12]: Checked the Ecowitt soil moisture sensor data: --- 43% - [CH01 EB1 - Garlic Budder #1] --- 33% - [CH02 EB2 - Garlic Budder #2] --- 33% - [CH03 GFP - Garlic Budder #3] --- 35% - [CH04 FPT - Garlic Budder #4] --- 31% - [CH05 FPT - Garlic Budder #1] --- 32% - [CH06 FPT - Original Garlic Budder #2] --- 31% - [CH07 FPT - Garlic Budder #4] --- 38% - [CH08 SCP - Global Grow Cup 2024 #1] - [23:21]: Using premixed CalMag water (1/4tsp of Lotus Cal/Mag to 1 gal distilled water), --- Poured 2 cups of the solution down EB1’s fill tube. --- Poured 2 cups of the solution down EB2’s fill tube. - [23:28]: Checked on #3 and the vegging clones in the 3x3 tent, --- Ooo yea! Ladies are vegging along and just exploding with growth! --- Growth has almost reached the light again! --- #3 has remained relatively squat, but even she is showing signs of upward stretching. Nice! --- Solo cups looked great and did not need watering. - [23:35]: Checked the humidifiers. --- Refilled the humidifiers with distilled water as needed. Day 02 - Tuesday - 08/13/24 - Total Days: 169 ----------------------------------- Daily Averages [~23:00] - Temps: 88.8°F [31.6°C] - Humidity: 75.7% - VPD: 1.11 kPa - Soil %: [43, 33, 35, 34] ----------------------------------- - [16:22]: Evening check on the 4x4 flower tent. --- Looking and smelling incredible! --- Buds are swelling and getting even frostier! Nice! --- The GGC2024 plant is burnt but still growing. - [16:24]: Checked down both fill tubes. --- Both reservoirs were completely dry! - [16:27]: Checked the Ecowitt soil moisture sensor data: --- 43% - [CH01 EB1 - Garlic Budder #1] --- 33% - [CH02 EB2 - Garlic Budder #2] --- 32% - [CH03 GFP - Garlic Budder #3] --- 30% - [CH04 FPT - Garlic Budder #4] --- 27% - [CH05 FPT - Garlic Budder #1] --- 28% - [CH06 FPT - Original Garlic Budder #2] --- 30% - [CH07 FPT - Garlic Budder #4] --- 31% - [CH08 SCP - Global Grow Cup 2024 #1] - [16:38]: Using premixed CalMag water (1/4tsp of Lotus Cal/Mag to 1 gal distilled water), --- Poured 2 cups of the solution down EB1’s fill tube. --- Poured 2 cups of the solution down EB2’s fill tube. - [16:49]: Filled a measuring cup with 5 cups of distilled water. ------ Added 1/32tsp of Quillaja Saponaria Extract [60] ------ Added 1/16tsp of: --------- Lotus Cal/Mag --------- Big 6 Micronutrients [+ Humic Acid] --------- BuildABloom --------- Bio-Phos ------ Added 1/4tsp of: --------- Pure Protein Dry [Organic Fish Aminos] --------- Horticultural Coconut --- Mixed the solution and poured it straight into a pump sprayer. - [17:16]: Misted #4’s straw mulch, --- Focused on wetting the straw as evenly as possible. --- Oh wow! --- I can see a couple of mushrooms growing! They look droopy, but did not expect to find any at all. Pretty cool! - [17:19]: Checked on #3 and the vegging clones in the 3x3 tent, --- Have not really been doing anything yet the vegging growth is raging! --- Solo cups looked great and did not need watering. --- Well sort of, - [17:20]: Time to transplant two of the phenos! --- Trying to preserve both the only #2 cutting along with an original #1 pheno. --- Going to up-pot to slightly larger 1-gallon pots. --- As far as flowering growth morphology, been impressed with the frosty trichome growth on the #2 so really want to try to keep this one preserved in veg (at least until I try the harvest). - [15:59]: Placed two 1-gallon plastic pots on the floor. --- Partially filled the pot with a solo cup of fresh BuildASoil 3.0 Potting soil. --- Placed an empty solo cup into the center of the pot. Made sure the top was about half an inch or so under the lip of the pot. ------ Poured in more BuildASoil 3.0 Potting soil. --- Filled the plastic pot until the top of the solo cup was just about fully covered. --- Flattened and gently pressed around the sides of the top soil. - [18:12]: Gently removed the solo cup from the fabric pot leaving a perfect hole. ------ Sprinkled 1/4tsp of Great White, --- Dusted the sides of the hole. --- Also sprinkled a bit around the top soil. --- Great! Time to transplant! --- It’s been 4 days since her last watering. - [18:16]: Gently flipped #2 upside-down which easily dropped straight out of her cup. --- Roots look okay for the most part. A bit brown, but should be fine. Could always be better, but have been trying to limit root growth by only feeding distilled water. --- Did not break the root ball up or anything. --- Gently placed her into the pre-inoculated hole. --- Pressed and evened out the top soil. --- Using some BuildASoil Organic Straw Mulch, - [18:25]: Covered the top soil with enough straw until I could not see the soil. --- Breaking up the longer straw with scissors helped a lot. - [18:33]: Repeated this process for the original #1 pheno. --- The original #1 pheno’s roots looked healthier. Again not as full as it could be (been feeding straight distilled water), but still impressive! --- Going to give each a cup of wetting solution for the initial transplant watering. - [18:39]: Filled a measuring cup with 2 cups of distilled water. ------ Added 1/64tsp of Quillaja Saponaria Extract [60] ------ Added 1/32tsp of Lotus Cal/Mag ------ Added 1/8tsp of: --------- Horticultural Aloe --------- Horticultural Coconut --------- Mycrobe Complete --- Mixed the solution and poured a cup straight into a spray bottle. - [18:54]: Misted #2's straw mulch with the wetting solution. --- Took my time and tried to go as evenly as possible. --- There was no run off. - [19:02]: Repeated this process for the original #1 pheno. --- Again, tried to go slow and even. --- There was no run off. --- Placed both back into the tent. Done! --- Well Almost. --- Found a clone that needed watering! - [19:12]: Took the total weight of an original #1 pheno. --- She weighed 218.3g --- It’s been 9 days since her last watering. --- Time to water! --- While on a scale, --- Gently misted her straw mulch with distilled water. --- Tried to keep the top growth dry. --- Misted 5-10 sprays. Waited a few seconds, then misted again. - [19:21]: Repeated this process until the cup weighed 345.1g --- There was no runoff. --- Marked the watering date on the side of the cup. --- Placed her back into the tent. - [21:12]: Checked the humidifiers. --- Refilled the humidifiers with distilled water as needed. --- Hmm.. Oops! - [21:23]: Forgot to do a grow board-wipe! --- Looking over the past 5 weeks, --- Been hot yet have learned quite a bit. The flowering tent has been struggling with high temps, yet the vegging tent is raging with healthy green growth. Fascinating! --- Just gotta keep on growing! Day 03 - Wednesday - 08/14/24 - Total Days: 170 ----------------------------------- Daily Averages [~23:00] - Temps: 87.8°F [31.0°C] - Humidity: 75.1% - VPD: 1.10 kPa - Soil %: [42, 33, 42, 35] ----------------------------------- - [22:54]: Late night check on the 4x4 flower tent. --- Hot and humid in the garden, but the growth is looking better! I think. --- Terpenes are getting pretty loud as well! Definitely getting a lemony citrus profile, --- Buds calyxes are just swelling! Also looking frosty white with a bit of purple. Getting hyped! - [22:56]: Checked down both fill tubes. --- EB1's reservoir was completely dry! --- EB2's reservoir still has some water. - [23:02]: Checked the Ecowitt soil moisture sensor data: --- 41% - [CH01 EB1 - Garlic Budder #1] --- 33% - [CH02 EB2 - Garlic Budder #2] --- 40% - [CH03 GFP - Garlic Budder #3] --- 31% - [CH04 FPT - Garlic Budder #4] --- 27% - [CH05 FPT - Garlic Budder #1] --- 31% - [CH06 FPT - Original Garlic Budder #2] --- 32% - [CH07 FPT - Garlic Budder #4] --- 21% - [CH08 SCP - Global Grow Cup 2024 #1] - [23:15]: Poured 3 cups of distilled water down EB1’s fill tube. --- Poured 2 cups of distilled water down EB2’s fill tube. - [23:22]: Filled a pitcher with 5 cups of distilled water. ------ Added 1/32tsp of Quillaja Saponaria Extract [60] ------ Added 1/16tsp Lotus Cal/Mag --- Mixed the solution and poured it straight into a pump sprayer. - [23:30]: Misted #4’s straw mulch, --- Focused on wetting the straw as evenly as possible. - [23:33]: Took the total weight of the GGC2024 (a #1 pheno). --- She weighed 349.2g --- It’s been 3 days since her last watering. --- Going for a dry weight of around 235g before watering back to around 325g --- Time to water! --- While on a scale, --- Gently misted her straw mulch with some premixed CalMag water (1/4tsp of Lotus Cal/Mag to 1 gal distilled water). --- Tried to keep the top growth dry. --- Misted 5-10 sprays. Waited a few seconds, then misted again. - [23:47]: Repeated this process until the cup weighed 480.4g --- There was no runoff. --- Marked the watering date on the side of the cup. --- Placed her back into the tent. - [23:54]: Checked on #3 and the vegging clones in the 3x3 tent, --- Looking absolutely incredible! --- Growth is once again is just exploding! --- Going to hold off on watering until tomorrow. Also plan to probably do a round of defoliation and topping. --- Solo cups looked great and did not need watering. - [+00:03]: Checked the humidifiers. --- Refilled the humidifiers with distilled water as needed. Day 04 - Thursday - 08/15/24 - Total Days: 171 ----------------------------------- Daily Averages [~23:00] - Temps: 88.1°F [31.2°C] - Humidity: 75.4% - VPD: 1.10 kPa - Soil %: [41, 32, 39, 38] ----------------------------------- - [16:11]: Evening check on the 4x4 flower tent. --- Garden is burn and humid, but still growing along nicely! --- Wow buds are swelling up nicely! --- GGC2024 plant is looking burnt as well but hanging in there. - [16:13]: Checked down both fill tubes. --- Both reservoirs were completely dry! - [16:16]: Checked the Ecowitt soil moisture sensor data: --- 41% - [CH01 EB1 - Garlic Budder #1] --- 32% - [CH02 EB2 - Garlic Budder #2] --- 39% - [CH03 GFP - Garlic Budder #3] --- 38% - [CH04 FPT - Garlic Budder #4] --- 24% - [CH05 FPT - Garlic Budder #1] --- 27% - [CH06 FPT - Original Garlic Budder #2] --- 31% - [CH07 FPT - Garlic Budder #4] --- 41% - [CH08 SCP - Global Grow Cup 2024 #1] - [16:18]: Using premixed CalMag water (1/4tsp of Lotus Cal/Mag to 1 gal distilled water), --- Poured 3 cups of the solution down EB1’s fill tube. --- Poured 3 cups of the solution down EB2’s fill tube. - [16:35]: Took general PPFD readings. --- #1 was around 456 μmol/m²/s which gives a DLI of 29.55 mol/m²/d --- #2 was around 463 μmol/m²/s which gives a DLI of 30.00 mol/m²/d --- #3 was around 133 μmol/m²/s which gives a DLI of 8.62 mol/m²/d --- #4 was around 419 μmol/m²/s which gives a DLI of 27.15 mol/m²/d --- Also checked the GGC2024 plant which was around 326 μmol/m²/s which gives a DLI of 21.12 mol/m²/d - [16:46]: Took the weekly height and light distance measurements. --- #1 was about 35" tall. --- #2 was about 35" tall. --- #3 was about 21.5" tall. --- #4 was about 36.5" tall. --- Also checked the GGC2024 plant which was about 11.5" tall. --- #1 was about 10.75" away from the grow light. --- #2 was about 11.75" away from the grow light. --- #3 was about 15" away from the grow light. --- #4 was about 12.5" away from the grow light. --- Also checked the GGC2024 plant which was about 23" away from the grow light. - [17:05]: Checked on #3 and the vegging clones in the 3x3 tent, --- Ooo yea! --- The veg garden is looking incredible! - [17:07]: Decided do another round of topping for the vegging plants. --- Using a pair of clean trimmers, --- Cut a few nodes off the top of each plant. My goal was to lower the canopy while keeping everything even. --- Did not top #3 or the clones. --- Mulched the trimmings. --- Wow! Looking good girl! - [17:33]: Took the total weight of an original #1 pheno. --- She weighed 218.3g --- It’s been 7 days since her last watering. --- Time to water! --- While on a scale, --- Gently misted her straw mulch with distilled water. --- Tried to keep the top growth dry. --- Misted 5-10 sprays. Let’s go! - [18:15]: Filled a pump sprayer with 4 cups of distilled water. ------ Added 1/64tsp of Quillaja Saponaria Extract [60] --- Gave the sprayer a good shake before spraying the entire solution onto #4’s straw mulch. --- Focused mainly on the straw. --- These ladies are thirsty! - [18:47]: Repeated this process again for #1 and the original #2 pheno. --- Focused mainly on the straw. - [18:53]: Checked the humidifiers. --- Refilled the humidifiers with distilled water as needed. --- Time to take the first bud samples for the microscope! --- As trichomes age, they naturally change in color. Starting with clear, they eventually turn cloudy before finally changing to an amber color. --- As always, I’m checking for about a 10% to 25% amber to cloudy ratio before setting a harvest day (usually within a week). --- Based on how growth is looking, #2 and #4 seem the most ready for harvest with #1 struggling behind (her buds are the smallest). --- Anyways, - [18:57]: Using a pair of trimmers, I gently clipped a small bud sample from each plant. --- The samples were clipped from a bud site a couple of nodes below the tops. Took a total of 3 samples. --- Using a USB microscope (attached to my phone), I carefully examined each bud sample for trichomes. - [19:08]: First the #1 pheno! --- Surprisingly found a combination of cloudy and amber trichomes. The amber trichomes were mainly on the sugar leaves. Bud growth had mostly cloudy trichomes. --- Going to be harvesting all the plants at once, but this one seems almost ready. - [19:16]: As for the #2 pheno, --- Trichomes were looking mainly clear with some cloudy. The sugar leaves did have some amber. --- This one can definitely go a bit longer. Another surprise because visually, this pheno is the frostiest. As far as growth, she has withstood the brutal heat and humidity of the tent. --- If she does not herm, and if the smoke is good, I think she’s a keeper! Really glad that I saved a cutting! - [19:22]: Last but not least, for the #4 pheno, --- Trichomes were looking both clear and cloudy. Surprisingly, no signs of amber. --- She can definitely go longer. --- Well as usual, I was completely wrong on my initial predictions. Based on the trichomes, these plants can go longer. --- Also the healthiest pheno (#4) seems to have the least amount of amber trichomes whereas the struggling pheno (#1) had the most. --- Plan to check again next week. --- As far as a harvest day, setting it for Tuesday the 27th, but depending on the next trichome checkup, harvest can still happen earlier or later. Day 05 - Friday - 08/16/24 - Total Days: 172 ----------------------------------- Daily Averages [~23:00] - Temps: 87.5°F [30.8°C] - Humidity: 74.9% - VPD: 1.1 kPa - Soil %: [41, 32, 37, 32] ----------------------------------- - [22:49]: Night check on the 4x4 flower tent. --- Garden is hot and humid, but the leaf damage seems to have stopped. I think.. --- Also bud growth is looking absolutely stunning! --- Someone mentioned that these genetics will purple towards the end and wow they’re right! These phenos are all showing signs of senescence. Beautiful! --- Also bud growth is chunking up quite nicely! Huge difference from last week. Getting stoked! --- The GGC2024 plant is growing. The leaves are burnt, but I think the damage has slowed down. - [22:53]: Checked down both fill tubes. --- Both reservoirs were completely dry! - [22:56]: Checked the Ecowitt soil moisture sensor data: --- 40% - [CH01 EB1 - Garlic Budder #1] --- 32% - [CH02 EB2 - Garlic Budder #2] --- 37% - [CH03 GFP - Garlic Budder #3] --- 28% - [CH04 FPT - Garlic Budder #4] --- 26% - [CH05 FPT - Garlic Budder #1] --- 33% - [CH06 FPT - Original Garlic Budder #2] --- 33% - [CH07 FPT - Garlic Budder #4] --- 30% - [CH08 SCP - Global Grow Cup 2024 #1] - [23:06]: Using premixed CalMag water (1/4tsp of Lotus Cal/Mag to 1 gal distilled water), --- Poured 3 cups of the solution down EB1’s fill tube. --- Poured 3 cups of the solution down EB2’s fill tube. - [23:16]: Filled a pump sprayer with 5 cups of distilled water. ------ Added 1/64tsp of Quillaja Saponaria Extract [60] --- Gave the sprayer a good shake before spraying the entire solution onto #4’s straw mulch. --- Focused mainly on the straw. - [23:28]: Decided to add a few more support strings. --- Using some cotton twine, --- Gently secured a few more flopping branches. --- Ooo yea! --- Buds are just looking frosty and wow the terpenes are louder! --- Definitely getting a lemony terp but there is a fuel-like funk too. Wow! - [23:53]: Checked on #3 and the vegging clones in the 3x3 tent, --- Looking great ladies! This is my first time growing both cycles at once and the growth is undeniably clear that there is a difference in health. Vegging is definitely a lot easier than flowering, but I’m hoping to have temperatures under control soon (local weather temps should be getting cooler in a month or so). - [23:57]: Took the total weight of an original #1 pheno. --- She weighed 234.0g --- It’s been 6 days since her last watering. --- Time to water! --- While on a scale, --- Gently misted her straw mulch with distilled water. --- Tried to keep the top growth dry. --- Misted 5-10 sprays. Waited a few seconds, then misted again. - [+00:08]: Repeated this process until the cup weighed 323.1g --- There was no runoff. --- Marked the watering date on the side of the cup. --- Wow she’s tall! - [+00:10]: Decided to top her. --- Using a pair of clean trimmers, cut her top growth in half. --- Really wish I had the room for more plants, these toppings are perfect for clones. --- Anyways, --- Mulched the trimmings. --- Placed her back into the tent. - [+00:23]: Filled a pump sprayer with 4 cups of distilled water. ------ Added 1/64tsp of Quillaja Saponaria Extract [60] --- Gave the sprayer a good shake before spraying the entire solution onto #1’s straw mulch. --- Focused mainly on the straw. --- The veg growth in this tent has truly kept my spirits up and has also shown what the difference temps can make during each phase of growth. It’s way too damn hot to flower, but absolutely perfect for veg. - [+00:40]: Checked the humidifiers. --- Refilled the humidifiers with distilled water as needed. Day 06 - Saturday - 08/17/24 - Total Days: 173 ----------------------------------- Daily Averages [~23:00] - Temps: 87.5°F [30.8°C] - Humidity: 75.2% - VPD: 1.09 kPa - Soil %: [40, 32, 37, 37] ----------------------------------- - [20:54]: Quick night check on the 4x4 flower tent. --- Hot as always and the humidity is high! But growth is looking good! --- Buds are continuing to chunk up and swell with growth! --- The GGC2024 plant is still growing along. Growth can definitely be better, but I think she is going to make it to harvest! - [20:56]: Checked down both fill tubes. --- Both reservoirs were completely dry! - [20:59]: Checked the Ecowitt soil moisture sensor data: --- 40% - [CH01 EB1 - Garlic Budder #1] --- 32% - [CH02 EB2 - Garlic Budder #2] --- 36% - [CH03 GFP - Garlic Budder #3] --- 34% - [CH04 FPT - Garlic Budder #4] --- 31% - [CH05 FPT - Garlic Budder #1] --- 28% - [CH06 FPT - Original Garlic Budder #2] --- 31% - [CH07 FPT - Garlic Budder #4] --- 24% - [CH08 SCP - Global Grow Cup 2024 #1] - [21:04]: Using premixed CalMag water (1/4tsp of Lotus Cal/Mag to 1 gal distilled water), --- Poured 2 cups of the solution down EB1’s fill tube. --- Poured 2 cups of the solution down EB2’s fill tube. - [21:07]: Took the total weight of the GGC2024 (a #1 pheno). --- She weighed 364.4g --- It’s been 3 days since her last watering. --- Time to water! --- While on a scale, --- Gently misted her straw mulch with distilled water. --- Tried to keep the top growth dry. --- Misted 5-10 sprays. Waited a few seconds, then misted again. - [17:17]: Repeated this process until the cup weighed 480.1g --- There was no runoff. --- Marked the watering date on the side of the cup. --- Placed her back into the tent. - [21:21]: Checked on #3 and the vegging clones in the 3x3 tent, --- Veg growth is looking great! --- A bit of stress showing at the very top, but the plants seemed to have fully recovered from the topping earlier in the week. Nice! --- Solo cups looked great and did not need watering. --- Time for another round of watering for all the 5-gallon pots! - [21:30]: Filled a pump sprayer with 4 cups of distilled water. ------ Added 1/64tsp of Quillaja Saponaria Extract [60] --- Gave the sprayer a good shake before spraying the entire solution onto #4’s straw mulch. --- Focused mainly on the straw. - [21:54]: Repeated this process again for #1 and the original #2 pheno. --- Focused mainly on the straw. - [22:00]: Checked the humidifiers. --- Refilled the humidifiers with distilled water as needed. Day 07 - Sunday - 08/18/24 - Total Days: 174 ----------------------------------- Daily Averages [~23:00] - Temps: 87.1°F [30.6°C] - Humidity: 75.1% - VPD: 1.07 kPa - Soil %: [40, 32, 36, 31] ----------------------------------- - [19:40]: Night check on the 4x4 flower tent. --- Growth is looking good! Still burnt but that’s okay. --- Not sure if the 18/6 is reason, but bud growth is just swelling up! --- The heat has continued to be an issue for the flowering girls but the added humidity really seems to have helped. - [19:44]: Checked down both fill tubes. --- Both reservoirs were completely dry! - [19:47]: Checked the Ecowitt soil moisture sensor data: --- 40% - [CH01 EB1 - Garlic Budder #1] --- 32% - [CH02 EB2 - Garlic Budder #2] --- 36% - [CH03 GFP - Garlic Budder #3] --- 27% - [CH04 FPT - Garlic Budder #4] --- 35% - [CH05 FPT - Garlic Budder #1] --- 35% - [CH06 FPT - Original Garlic Budder #2] --- 34% - [CH07 FPT - Garlic Budder #4] --- 39% - [CH08 SCP - Global Grow Cup 2024 #1] - [20:18]: Using premixed CalMag water (1/4tsp of Lotus Cal/Mag to 1 gal distilled water), --- Poured 2 cups of the solution down EB1’s fill tube. --- Poured 2 cups of the solution down EB2’s fill tube. - [20:39]: Filled a pitcher with 5 cups of distilled water. ------ Added 1/32tsp of Quillaja Saponaria Extract [60] ------ Added 1/16tsp of: --------- Lotus Cal/Mag --------- Bio-Phos ------ Added 1/4tsp of Horticultural Coconut --- Mixed the solution and poured it straight into a pump sprayer. - [21:01]: Misted #4’s straw mulch, --- Focused on wetting the straw as evenly as possible. - [21:01]: Decided to add more support strings. --- Using more cotton twine, --- Gently secured a few more top buds. - [21:25]: Checked on #3 and the vegging clones in the 3x3 tent, --- Looking absolutely incredible my ladies! --- I think I can safely say that I somewhat understand both the seedling and veg phase. Now just have to get flowering dialed in. --- Solo cups looked great and did not need watering. - [21:27]: Checked the humidifiers. --- Refilled the humidifiers with distilled water as needed. --- Another summer week done! --- Been quite impressed with bud growth on some of the phenos (#2 and #4). --- Now with a little over a week until harvest, getting stoked for the next cycle! Need to start planning a trellis layout soon. [END OF WEEK 24|17]

@gottagrowsometime, Thanks growmie! Yea, sometimes I can get a bit too detailed, but this is all just for fun! Been using Ac Infinity's Thermoforge T3 heater for just over 2 weeks and have to say that it's the best! Highly recommend! The unit easily heats a 4x4ft grow tent along with my 10x10ft lung room. Keep in mind that it never snows where I live, but it can get pretty cold in the winter (Southern California - US). What's most impressive is that in combination with the Cloudforge T7, my overall weekly VPD averages have been a lot more stable! Also the day to night temp swings have been greatly reduced (less than 10 degrees/percent difference on the weekly temps/RH averages).
