Barneys Farm Pineapple Chunk
8 weeks of flowering completed
15th March 2020
Welcome back π
Well it's Day 56 for these pineapple chunk buds and my hopes of running them much beyond 60 days have been dashed.
The rain and high humidity has returned and will hang around for atleast the next 5-7 days.
After already having to chop out a little budrot from a cola I do not want to run the risk of losing any more .
So i will continue to monitor them twice a day and if I see anything I don't like I will harvest the biggest buds immediately.
Because of this I have stopped all supplements except for some Mollasses that I mix into the water they get.
Speaking of watering, because of this high humidity any watering I do will be only be sparingly as to not contribute to the humidity levels.
This has been a fun grow and I'm more than happy with how well these buds developed in such a relatively short time (8weeks)
as it's most likely the next update will be the harvest I would like to quickly thank everyone who followed along during this grow you know who you are and π
I appreciate your interest and support π Cheers for reading my update See you all soon
@Grey_Wolf, Outside grows can sometimes be a crapshoot. All those critters and organisms. Defoliation and airflow I feel is key to prevent mold formation. They look good. π We can only do what we can do.π€π€ Hope itβs a beast.
Love the Chunk! Very tasty and aromatic strain. Can't ever go wrong with Barney's Farm. They know what we like... stability in genetics. Nice grow bud. Keep her happy
Another good hauls for an excellent weed. Congratulations.
Have you grown purslane? Some guy told me itβs good for the soil. And Thai people do eat it as vegetable.
@Grey_Wolf, yeah, pig weeds, since it is everywhere, nobody sells it. I picked mine up from a beach.
I makes good ground cover. Helps removing salt from soil. It takes mineral fertilizer very well. And if you mulch that, pig weed muclh is a good organic fertilizer.
@Med_in_Tropic, I didn't even know what purslane was until I searched for it and guess what ... It grows everywhere here!! lol but we call it pigweed
