Hello growers!
Thanks for joining me for another update in my grow adventure with GelatO.G!
Observation: She is starting her stretch. She looks happy and healthy with nice green coloration. No indications of toxicity or deficiency and no indications of pests or disease.
Method: I am holding back on defoliation until after she finishes her stretch in an effort to avoid stunting. I added some Dutch White Clover as a cover crop. Cover crops are new territory for me. Not only does it look cool, but I have read that it offers several benefits to your plants and rhizosphere. I plan to defoliate rather heavily around week 3 or so of 12/12, after she's done stretching.
Thanks again for joining me. Please let me know if you have questions or concerns. Any thoughts, suggestions, or feedback is welcome and encouraged.
8/15 (Day 13 of 12/12): Many bud sites are starting to form and she looks happy and healthy. I did some very light selective defoliation throughout the week.
As always, happy growing!
Peace, love, and frosty nugs!

@BudXs, Thank you sir! I was trying to manage my best so she wouldn't outgrow her space in the veg tent AND wanted to be sure she and the other vegging photoperiods didn't overshadow the budding autoflower in the tent.
@Ferenc, I am great, thank you! I hope all is well with you! I still have a whole new week worth of photos and information to document in these diaries, just hoping to get caught up!!!
Another beautiful work of art here. Damn woman....... with everything you have going on plus the garden how do you get any sleep ๐
You're just a badass I guess. ๐๐๐
@Treighfunky, Thanks for saying that! I have just learned to function well on very little sleep. It's fun for me, though. I enjoy the challenge. I think, in the future, I think max would start is maybe 10-12 different strains. Would be way easier to log than the 24 I have going now.
@FoTwenny, thank you. I'm glad I found this community right off the bat as I was starting. I had smoked for years but never attempted to grow until recently.
@GrowGirl419, I am still learning too! I am not sure the learning ever ends. Biggest tips are to stay clean and organized and don't make guesses. If you're not sure about something, research or ask. Everyone here has been super helpful and I learn a lot from the community here. Glad to have you and good luck to ya!
@FoTwenny, oh absolutely! You have an amazing skill that shines through in your garden and diaries. I'll be following you to learn a bit. I'm a newbie and am absorbing everything I can.
Good morning. Beautiful plants. My name is Billy, I help run the grow off program over at Seedsman and was wondering would you be interested in a grow off for 420?
You do nice work. Iโm trying to get serious about growing (and breeding) autoflowers for next yearโs outdoor season, and Iโll be studying your grows I think. ๐
