Barney's Farm Triple Cheese

BosVet Started seed in shot glass with Azos solution for 12 hrs. Planted seed into rock wool cube and water with Azos. Once seedling appeared turned on T5 lights until second set of leaves form.

BosVet Feedling Seedling Solution for this week and adding Azos and Mycos each Sunday.

BosVet She really started to take off on the 3rd week, working on her 5th Node! moved up to 2 waterings a day and will be topping her soon! EC of runoff was starting to climb a bit so I hope the increase in waterings will help. Also noticed that CaliMagic has increased my EC to well over 1000 EC, im looking for a new replacement for my Cal-Mag needs. I have a sample of Elements by Roots Organics that I am going to try instead. It only raises the EC about 150 EC instead of 1000 EC per gallon. Add 1/2 tsp of Recharge to 1/2 gallon then added about 8oz to the stalk of the plant.

BosVet Topped the plant this week once it hit 6 nodes.. Left 2 Nodes and started to LST those stems down. I made a changed to my usual CalMagic dosage.. I cut it in half to 5ML per 3 gallons and supplemented with Aurora Innovations Elemental at half dosage. This allowed me to lower my EC and still keep up the other nutes.. So far so good.. Added in Roots Organics OregonismXL at half dosage for this weeks Bennies! She's turning a beast.. besides me beating up a few leaves watering and LST'n.😀

BosVet This week the plant has been doing a lot better! Last week I was starting to see signs of high nitrogen clawing and a little nute burn.. I backed off on the normal nutes and started mixing at Full levels and diluting it down to around 1100 EC. Hand feed twice a day with 1 gallons of diluted nutes and she is starting to come around again. Lowered the screen and the plant is just about ready to start tucking! Remove the four lower fan leaves as they were laying in the coco and started looking bad. LED lights are at 50% power and about 13" from the plant top.. Tent fans are running at half speed. No bennies this week! 😀

BosVet Good week this week.. EC has been on target with diluting nutes in half.. feeding at +-1400 EC now and the girl is responding nicely! Topped the four side branches this week at the 4th node after growing out to the 6th node. Added Bennies back in after topping and she didnt miss a beat! The plant is pushing 60-70% full on the net so its about to flip to flower! Next week!

BosVet Flipped to 12/12 this week! The lady has been doing great and getting very bushy! EC outflow has been within 200 EC and the plant is responding nicely to the nutes.. Had some new growth that was growing a little weird so I raised the pH to 6.0-6.1, so hopefully in a day or two that will correct itself. Turn tent fans all the way up and turn the QB to full power.. temp went up a bit but but settling in.

BosVet Second Week since flip and she is growing into a beast! Going to give it another week and I will work on some defoliation to increase air flow and light. Still tucking and pulling the plant to the side of the net and each bud section is finding a nice square to grow into. Pistils have shown themselves and the plant is starting to smell wonderful! Grow on! 👍

BosVet 21 Days since I flipped to 12/12 light schedule. She's been getting bushier, taller and we've got bud sites developing everywhere!! Did a light Defoliation today and I can actually see the bottom now! Didn't do a whole lot.. but now the lights are making their way through the canopy and its a lot easier to water!! Raising the pH last week really helped her out.. leaves are looking good and plant is responding nicely to feeding. Raised nutes to around 1800EC and she's eating everything I can give her! Favorite time of a grow... watching all the bud sites develop and fill out!! Overall solid week.. but Thanks to everyone for commenting and watching my girl grow! 👍

BosVet Another good week.. but mother nature has been giving us really cold nights and hot days.. so ive been trying to use heaters at night to try to keep the temp up and stabilize the humidity.. also I have added a heater next to my nutrient bucket to keep the solution at 70 degrees.. got really cold one night and it was a pain to get the solutions above 65 degrees to feed in the morning! My FloraNectar bottle started producing mold..so I ditched it and switched over to a sample of Root Organics Trinity that I had on hand.. Its working for the moment but would like to get a stable replacement for FloraNectar.. If anyone has any recommendations on a replacement for FloraNectar?? Please let me know?? Thank you!! The canopy has gotten really bushy and im trying to tuck and move fan leaves out of the way without harming the bud sites.. but might have to start removing a few to get more light to the lower buds.. Also the Trichomes have started to develop and im looking forward to a whole lot more.. so far the smells of the tent are insane!! Looking forward to some really stinky Cheese!! 😀👍

BosVet As much as I hate it.. had a moment of clarity and realized id been adding my nutrient amounts above per what I use for 3 gallons.. and not 1 gallon.. so tried my best to show 10ml per 3 gallons as 3.33 per gallon.. 😀 sorry bout that! (anyway) Another good week for the girl.. Ive been removing the lower die off and selective top fan leaves that I cant tuck under. She's bushy! wish I would have been a bit more aggressive on Day 21.. noted for next time! Grabbed some Green Planet Liquid Weight to replace my old FloraNectar.. its been working nicely feeding the beenies!! Thanks for checking out my Grow! and hope everyone has a Great Week!!

BosVet Heading towards the last couple weeks of flower.. I dropped the silica, rapid start and cut the calmag in half. Also switched the Koolbloom liquid over to Koolbloom powder for the rest of the grow. Another good week.. mostly on auto pilot but im still tucking and removing leaves that are blocking lower bud sites. Thanks again for checking out my grow and Good Luck to everyone! 👍

BosVet Day 50 since flipping to 12/12 and the trichomes are starting to show some amber ones.. only one or two per bud.. maybe another week or two? Had some foxtail out on me.. but its pretty minor.. not sure if its genetics or something I did.. Overall a good week.. she's not really liking the decrease calcium this week.. but hopefully not much longer.. The smells are A+ a sweet berry with almost a rotting fruit smell. BosVet Running a week behind in posting so apologies!! but another great week.. stopped the calmag in hopes of a harvest soon.. she's about 10-20% amber Trichomes on the leaves.. so should start flushing them next week! BosVet Starting flushing this week.. so the girls been using up her leftover nutes and started yellowing off a bit.. Trichomes are 20-30% amber and I should be harvesting real soon! Thanks again for following along and hope you all have a great week! Happy Growing! 👍

BosVet Sorry everyone for taken a while to get my diary updated.. but I have finally harvested and she has been curing in jars for a couple of weeks now! After trimming and weighing in.. I ended up with around 12oz of final bud!! Overall this strain was a pleasure to grow and I will be growing it again soon! Next time I have plans on being more aggressive with defoliating and trimming it up better on the bottom.. with this strain tho.. even the under developed lower buds still give you a nice high! 😀
