Noticed the same so did some digging cause i have thin aswell. Here's a bit of what I did find . But did find that it could just be genetic besides. When plants are stressed, they may prioritize leaf growth over other essential processes, resulting in larger leaves as a survival response."" Honestly never thought about why some were supper fat. Kinda makes sense now.

thats interesting to know. thank you for yhe knowledge bomb! i did have limited circulation with these plants in the beginning. the first month or so. i also only had them under supplemental lighting bars.
