Defoliating Autos in Flower

Hi, I'm in the middle of my first grow with autos and could do with advice on defoliation. You'll see from my diaries that things are OK so far but I've got issues with high humidity now that I'm going into flowering. Will it be safe defoliating them now or will it shock them?

Hey Kunpel :-) Your plants look beautiful :-). If you want, you can now defoliate them in bloom :-) If the air humidity is too high, an additional fan will help a lot ;-) So the moist air does not stop and mold cannot spread 👍🙏🏻. Carry on you will do very well 🙏🏻👍

Bonjour,
Pour l'humidité tu peux la diminué grâce a un deshumidificateur, Apres oui tu peux défolié si le flux de l'air et de la lumière ne passe pas sur tes têtes. si cela ne gène pas je te conseil tu peux les laissé. Elles sont belles ! 👍

defoliate during floweringI defoliated the girls a week before I flipped. Now they are on their first week 12/12 cycle. The bushyness has bounced back right up and it's touching each other. should I leave it till flowering day 21 or cut back now, but I'm worry it will stunt any growth?
