Hi lady :-) I also had that once. The initial problem was that the spider mite problem was not yet understood and therefore the spider mite control could not succeed. First, the plants that were not yet blooming were sprayed with biological agents. Predatory mites have also been used against the spider mites. Everything was in vain. As a precaution, one of the acquaintances ordered predatory mites to vaccinate his plantation, after which he had spider mites. Unfortunately, this has already happened to many growers. These spider mites were included with the predatory mites as food. Usually, a predatory mite pack without live food should be chosen so that you cannot infect your plantation. The predatory mite providers, however, seem to see it differently and assume that those who buy predatory mites already have spider mites and will not mind a few more. It is therefore recommended here that the predatory mites are only bought and used directly when spider mites have actually been identified on the plants. If you want to work prophylactically, you should spray with a biological agent before the visible flower starts. Do you want that at all? The "fully systematic" variants would then be chosen that are suitable for growing vegetables. You should pay attention to the waiting times. The active ingredients are absorbed into the plants, distributed and reach every part of the plant. Untreated areas are also protected. Neem oil or other natural pesticides are often used, but they really have to be applied all over the place. You first have to manage to really treat every leaf from below and above. If you want to fight spider mites effectively, you have to make them all harmless, not just on the plants. Properly used predatory mites or fully systematic sprays will ensure this because predatory mites eat everything or the spider mites will not be able to do without food for long.
