Hi there.. so coco doesn't really contain any nutrients on its own, so if you're using clones or seedlings i would start with about a third or half the amount that's recommended.
If you have an EC meter (if you don't you should get one.. all hydroponic mediums, which include coco are very sensitive about EC ... and PH for that matter as well), then i'd start out with an EC of around 0.6 and then slowly increase it. Always measure the run-off as well, as this way you can quickly see if you over-feed them or under-feed them. If the EC of the run-off is higher than what you put in, then you know it was too much (more water was used than nutrients) and you should lower it.. if the EC of the run-off is lower than what you put in, you know the plant used more nutrients than water and you can raise it next time by around 0.2 ms.. if it stays the same, you know you're good.
That brings me to the next question: how much to feed them. I'd say water them, until there is a little bit of water coming out on the bottom again (that's the "run off" i just mentioned before).
