Which model is it exactly of the HLG-240? if it's the A, the B or the AB model, then they can be dimmed.. A has an internal potentiometer, the B has cables to attach an external one, and the AB has both.. the one that doesn't have any other suffix cannot be dimmed.. So like the HLG-240-48A can be dimmed, the HLG-240-48AB as well.. the HLG-240-48 not..
When i searched google i came across a video of the SF2000, but that had the ELG-240-48A not the HLG model.. that to my understanding has the hole for the dimmer-controller on the bottom, not on the top of the housing..

Hello.. Hope you are well.. Im sure ive seen it done on youtube sumwer.. U can take the driver off sum of the sf boards and place outside of the grow room(not sure if of cabling etc).. Check spider farmer website tho or email them directly and u will b given exact details.. Stay safe n gud luck.. 👍🍀

what ppfd for 20/4 autoflower?Just bought the FC-4800 and before this I had always measured my light using inches away from canopy however I want to learn how to use the light using PPFD. I have found average measurements online but what should I aim for for a 20/4 autoflower schedule please?

Light intensityMy plants have been looking sad for a couple weeks. Tried everything then the other night I turned my light down to 40% giving a DLI of 28 they perked right up with 24 hours. I have now put it up to 60% giving a DLI off 39 will this be ok or should I keep it low. Week 2 flower.

Too close to the “sun”(light).... any advice?My plant grew close to 4x it’s original size during her stretch, 10-12” on day one of 12/12 to 46” tall. She’s on day 30 of flower and I set up a second ScrOG net. Other than blocking light to shorter plants, do you see any other potential problems this second net might cause?
