Looks fairly frosty... no bulbous heads? (phrasing, boom!)
Well, that's not a great sign, but i woudn't get bummed out.
Is this only on top? maybe, evaporating or even physical contact damaging them, if you see healthier trichomes below.
Some strains supposedly don't turn amber for longer periods of time, but is ripe... historically i believe those were sativa, but with all the interbreeding it likely doesnt matter much anymore as far as the chance of it.
Some strains take longer than 9 weeks, too.
as far as cloudy -- background can greatly impact what you see. Amber can be a faint hue but seem transluscent otherwise and not too cloudy, etc. check out google image for some reference points. find some that look like yours, if you can.
I'd wait longer. Trust the trichomes. It generally progresses quickly. you'll see consistent amber or 2 anywhere you look, then thenex tday it's 10% instead of 1-2, and so on.
heck, on a plant i have in bloom right now after 40 days the trichomes are cloudier than i ever see it at the end, lol... certainly isn't ready for harvest.
