I couldn't get a better photo or a look at the trichomes, but do you think it's time to harvest? Should I give it another week?

Hey :-) Look with a microscope ๐If the trichome heads are about 70% milky and 30% clear, you can start with the flush. If the trichomes are about 70% milky and 30% amber, it is a very good time to harvest ๐๐๐ป but do not pay attention to the leaves of the trichomes on the buds ๐

Harvest SeasonThis is my 1st grow and now comes the time where I am very wary of cutting down to soon or too late. I think I am close to a reasonable window to start harvesting. The first signs of flowering began about 55 days ago. I feel like I need to give the pistils more time to curl in.

Should I be removing these little buds at the bottom of the plant for a better overall yield?
Theyโre all autos, itโs day 53 of advertised 75 days.
Have read I should prune them but have also read that autoโs are sensitive so maybe not...?

Swapping day/night light cycle during flowerDay 22 of flower. Lights are on during the day, 8am-to-8pm but we need to switch to 8pm-to-8am to use the colder night air to cool our lights without using a/c. Would it negatively affect the plants at this point in flower to give them 24hrs dark & completely swap light cycle?

remove lower side branches that are stretching outwards to focus on main cola?some of the the lowest growth shoots started to stretch outwards (some stayed short).ideally I would prefer one nice long bud.should I remove them? (maybe 2 or 3 in total)or better to wait until 21 days flowering.
probably should not defoliate for another week right?

White/green thing appearing in middle of bud?Buds are getting close to harvest. Just noticed a white thing right in the middle of one of the buds. Any idea what it is? It seems hard to the touch. Is it part of the plant/stem? Is it a seed? (do autos even make seeds?) Is it rot/something from a bug?

I believe Trichomes are at the "cloudy" stage, am i right ? At what stage should I stop feeding? (the flush)
