Hello ! Under watering was the issue. I can see another one : 5.5 PH if for start a seedling or clones in a early stage , now at week 5 you should switch to a 5.8 PH ( 5.8 is the PH sweet spot). And do you have an EC meter to check the water runoff Ec ? The water ph runoff is also needed to be check to be sure their is no PH fluctuation or Ec fluctuation to correct ( common in coco). I hope it will help you đŸ˜€âœŒïž

Hello @PutinSS ! That comes either from under or over watering. In your case is under water because you are using coco. Coco needs to be wet all the time. Don't be afraid, its really difficult to over water in coco medium. Happy growing ! 👊

Hi @PutinSS! My guess is that your seedling is suffering from under-watering. Lack of water usually lead to this kind of yellowing. Coco has nothing to offer to the roots, so when it's fully dry, roots do suffocate very quickly. Don't let your coco dry too much, it's almost impossible to over-water in coco but it's really easy to kill a crop by under-watering. Hope this will help, keep us up-to-date and happy growing 👊

hey man not good ! basically what happened was you under watered one time and over watered the next time which caused the PH of the coco to go down then up, this made the yellowing. I had the same thing before, basically don't panic, just water in a more "precise" way, make sure you water a little bit away from the plants too - 5/10 CM away from the plant. Careful with the nutes at this stage - you're over doing it. Don't feed for a week or more then start again, half strength max. Good luck with the next challenge ! keep on growing 🚀

Hi, yes thats concerning, Coco needs a little attention while growing, should always be wet. I think your PH range is not ok, so that the seedling cant take the nutrients . I will let you a link for growning whith coco here. there you can read, and find out what is wrong.... https://www.growweedeasy.com/coco-coir

Hey how's it going? Going off the information provided it could be a few things causing the yellowing. Just as too much or not enough light can cause yellowing seedling plants, too much or too little water or fertilizer could also be the problem. If the soil around your plants has been completely dried out between waterings, your seedlings are probably just thirsty. Overwatering, however, is a very common cause of sickly plants. Let the soil begin to dry a bit between waterings. If you’re watering every day, you may very well be doing too much. If water and light don’t seem to be the problem, you should think about fertilizer. Seedlings don’t necessarily need fertilizer so early in their lives, so if you’ve been applying it regularly, that may be the problem. Minerals from fertilizer can build up very quickly in seedlings’ small containers, effectively strangling the plants. If you’ve applied a lot of fertilizer and can see white deposits around the drainage holes, flush the plant gradually with water and don’t apply any more fertilizer. Good luck.
