So I have been reading a lot online about defoliation. Some say do it some say don’t. Plant seems happy and flowers look to be growing well. Should I do it is it worth it?

The way your plant has grown, i don't think it'd help much. It;s more useful for a level canopy of numerous colas. you have colas, but they are out and about and in the "sun." So, all is well. It only helps if it doesn't reduce photosynthesis and provides light-energy to larger portions of plant -- while it can truck it aorund in the phloem, it is not as optimal to do so... in that case buds wil be smaller due to less access to resources -- even if is mobile in the plant. If you take off too much or reduce total amount of photosynthesis taking place, you will certainly hurt your yield. I've been successful and unsuccessful using it. One plant absolutely has outshone the previous clones by so much i can tell with my eye without a doubt. Another one, right after the successful one, i butchered and i think i have hurt it, even though it will bloom fine. The colas are not as deep, they are not as full along stem.

Hi there! Most of the defo should be done in veg stage and during flowering you remove much less. Now that you have not done anything I'd say leave her be cos defo causes stress for the plant and autos dont like stress that much. If you feel like the leaves are on the way then you can bend and tuvk them to the sides
