too much negative pressure is bad, but a little is needed, if you intend to keep smell contained and ducted out without leaks. too much will interefere with various biological processes. PVT, you change one and it impacts the others and that impacts how the cells functions or how transpiration occurs.. take a pick.. Optimal temp will depend on humidity levels as well as phase the plant is in.. i think there's a good graph out thre, one second.. i'll post the link

Cannabis plants like a temperature similar to humans, or a little warmer – not too dry, not too humid. Optimal Temps For Growing Cannabis Vegetative Stage: Young growing cannabis plants in the vegetative stage like it a little warmer in the 70-85°F (20-30°C) range. More about temps in the vegetative stage. Flowering Stage: In the flowering stage (when cannabis plants start making buds), it’s best to keep temps slightly cooler, around 65-80°F (18-26°C). This isn’t for the plants themselves as much as to ensure the best bud quality. Slightly cooler temperatures in the second half of the flowering stage helps produce the best bud color, trichome production, density, and smell. To really bring out colors, aim for a 10°F (8°C) difference between day and night. If you are trying to control smell you want some negative pressure on your tent "the sucking in effect" so that all the air goes through your scrubber. Positive air pressure would push the smell out of your tent through leaks and what not and the smell would then get out.. Hope this helps! Happy Growing!
