calcium can be yellow/brown spots. Less likely magnesium, because i don't see interveinal chlorosis.
Maybe on Ca, but check your pH... raise it slightly and that might help with chemistry involving Ca in the plant. Check this first before adding things.
If it wasn't used to the sun, and you start putting it under the sun, it'll demand more from the plant than under your grow lights. you need to likely feed it more overall,if you continue to do this as the plant receives more energy. Light and CO2 are what dictate how much to feed over time. Add more, and the plant requires more.
A deficiency is more likely, but some toxicities can cause spots like that... but, usually have accompanying symptoms (see p/k on chart). Plus, you gave a flush and exposed to more light... leaning toward a def of some sort.
a ph change might fix this, or you may need to change ratio of what you feed or concentrations etc... you likely add a lot of Ca beftwen ferts and tap water, so make sure to check those labels... it is an easy way to eliminate possibilities.
use a nutrient calculator online.. i have a spreadhseet that works for dry nutes for sure, but bit less certain on the liquid portion of it,lol.. wellcome to try it..:
