Be gentle not to disturb roots, and you can probably do it. it's more risky the younger the plant is.
Use an anchor in opposite direction of where you bend the plant. Bend it down between axillary growth so that each has an equal opportunity to grow vertically. Bend some if you must...
this early, you don't gain much, though. The idea is to spread growth out among numerous vertically growing shoots. If you bend it down with 3 or 4 nodes, only a couple extra shoots will benefit and they may outgrow what will come later. It depends mostyl on how large you want this plant to be when it is harvested (then take 1/2 that size for end of vege phase goal, if auto, you have to guess a little more)
test it out on a couple and let others grow to 6-7 nodes and see what the difference is after a few weeks. I could be wrong, but i bet you like the growth on the ones you waited a tad longer than the others.
