Wait till 3/4 of the hairs have turned color. Then start flushing, by end of flushing should be milky and tops of the trichomes look like mushroom caps.
As urban grow mentioned, best to harvest within 15 mins of light coming on to get the highest THC level.

Harvest buds on the early side for more of an up mental/psychoactive effect. The greater the number of amber trichomes, the more it produce a body couchlock effect.
Its personal preference. Personally I would go longer but its up to what type of smoke you are looking for.

Bud rot harvest?Bud rot or normal purpling underneath? First grow and harvest and found some purple when cutting off the fan leaves before hanging to dry (going to dry trim). Anything I should be looking for in particular. I don't see any other signs of mold.Week 12

Would it be ok to dry for 2 weeks without any trim?My grow is taking longer than expected and life is getting in the way. I will not be able to harvest personally so when the time comes my friend will chop the plants and hang them in the tent. After that I will not be able to do any trim for 2 weeks, will my harvest still be ok?Week 7

Harvest?When will this be ready for chop. I’m having a hard time getting a good look at the trichomes. I know the goal is 30% amber. One plant has very few white hairs and one has quite a few can I wait for the others to come to full maturity too. I plan on using same tent to hang dry.5 years ago
