I would start out at 1.4 ec 700 ppm and watch your girls. Increase as needed. And the most available dissolved oxygen is at 68 and down to 62. That will keep your roots healthy. Less is always best, increase if you need to do so. Cheers

Mixing soils???I’m about to plant some autos and I’m short a bit of soil I was planning on using. I have some Kryptonight aprox 3gallon and a mix of fox farm happy frog/ocean Forrest. I was thinking of mixing the 3 and spreading it between 3 3gallon pots. Anyone see any problems??

Will an air stone in reservoir of water under a fabric pot filled with soil contribute anything?Soil based grow. 3 gallon fabric pot placed in a 5 gallon bucket, with holes drilled out the bottom. The 5 gallon has a reservoir below it. Can I throw an air stone in the reservoir w/ h20 and pump more air to increase oxygen or will the soil not benefit because it’s a hydro grow

How does this soil mix look?Running 65% ProMixBX, 25% Castings, and 10% perlite. With 5 tbsp each of crab, feather and fish bone meal as well as 2.5 tbsp each of kelp meal and bat guano. (20 tbsp total for 10 gallons, 2tbsp per gal) Is this too hot for autos?

The possibility of using runoff, oxygenated, tested, adjusted to hydro levels and reused? Will it work or have I wasted money again?I'm using my own mix of soil composed of approx. 30% advanced organics potting soil, 30% peat, 15% coco, 15% perolite, 10% .5x.5x.5 compost. I am using a drain table and 2- 40 gallon fabric pots, capturing all my runnoff into a large tote that is being oxygenated, will this work?

Too much soil?I have 15L (4gal) fabric pots. The bag of soil contained 50L (13gal). It took me 1 bag and a quarter to fill 3 pots up untill the stitching. Am I doing something wrong? Could be that it has now more fertilizers in it than supposed to. Thank you

How many and how large plants in a 4x2 tent for a quick veg/flowering?How many plants could I have in a 4x2 tent? Promix users - High runoff PPM out of the bag?For those who use promix, I'm wondering if you've noticed high outflow PPM from fresh promix? I'm using promix HPCC. My inflow was 300 My outflow was nearly 2000 I calibrated my bluelab pen to ensure accuracy. All numbers are on the PPM500 scale.

Brand new coco shows PH at 4.5, plants in germination state I am germinating my seeds in coco. My coco shows PH of 4.5! That seems way too low! I tried to flushing with PH 6.7 water without any effect (see growdiary for more info). What should I do? Is something wrong with my coco?
