I would start out at 1.4 ec 700 ppm and watch your girls. Increase as needed. And the most available dissolved oxygen is at 68 and down to 62. That will keep your roots healthy. Less is always best, increase if you need to do so. Cheers

Manure in outdoor pots.How much manure should I mix into my pro-mix. I have a pile of seasoned manure from last year and want to use it in my outdoor pots. Overwatered cubes in hydro? Too close to the sun? or effect of having addHi All, I have issues with my first hydro grow - i effed up. I think i was too slow in the transfer over in the tank. Light is 200 PPFD, EC at 0.6, and barely added any nutes.
Did i manage to overwater some of these plants by having them too close to the net pot?3y ago

Ph of the soilPh of the soil, I checked with this 2 ph meter but I dont know the credibility, if that work.. I see that is around 8.0 but I use water at 6.0ph and soil light mix biobizz, bio grow ,calmag , bio heaven. Are biology shouldn't change the ph.. how is possible? Advise?

Will an air stone in reservoir of water under a fabric pot filled with soil contribute anything?Soil based grow. 3 gallon fabric pot placed in a 5 gallon bucket, with holes drilled out the bottom. The possibility of using runoff, oxygenated, tested, adjusted to hydro levels and reused? Will it work or have I wasted money again?I'm using my own mix of soil composed of approx. 30% advanced organics potting soil, 30% peat, 15% coco, 15% perolite, 10% .5x.5x.5 compost. soil not accepting waterSo last Sunday I watered in a little less than a gallon for each, in 7-gallon pots. the bottom is soaking wet, but about 1/2 inch down the soil seems bone dry. Medium is FF ocean forest and SOHUM Super soil at the bottom. the plants are showing over/underwatered. What do i do??6y ago

Worms in pot.Worms in pots. About a week after germination I have introduced about a dozen earthworms in the 10 liter bucket where my plant is growing. I read a lot about worm poo, but never I seen someone introducing worms in the pots where their plants grow. Anyone any experience? Why not?
