It's brutally hot with us and the plant looks like it wants water? Can I water the soil on the edge of pot watering without hurting the plant?

Id recommend giving them some water if its that hot. They are wilting slightly due to the heat, So maybe a small fan on low speed if you can.

Once seed cracked i planted seed on this soil. Is it too strong for the seedling? Am i already in trouble? xPIt's from Geolia, ph5.5-6.5. It says it has guano 200g/m³, and 1kg/m³ of N14 P16 K18 fertelizer and 7.0kg/m³ of limestone. 60-75% water absortion.It composed mostly of peat it seems. Soil recommendation? Typically use Fox Farms Happy Frog but price keeps going up and quality seems much lower, lots of sticks, not mixed well etcIs there any soil recommendations anyone can make that are good but a less pricey? Dont get me wrong, I love Fox Farm’s, and 38/bag isnt terrible. I’m just curious if anyone has found a more mainstream soil that’s as good of soil. Air Temp in Tend from Top to bottom 23.1 to 23.9 so homogeneous
I measured the earth and its 17.5 C
mind you on the top side which is moist
I have 2 heaters,55 watts each that run at night and keep the temperature in the tent at 19.5C

re-using soil worth it?Anyone with experience (give comparison growth, yield,...).... I use biobizz light mix. Normally, I only have to mix the soil with a bit of fresh soil and worm hummus to activate organic life again. And ofcourse break the old plant material with enzymes first and let it restSetup. I got a dehumidifier to regulate and keep the humidity in 50%.
When i opend the deposit of the water of the dehumifier i found these little flies that are the classic Substrate fly (nasty but no harm).

Optimal pH for solution, when growing in 70% Promix BX, 30% perlite.I'm having trouble finding reliable info regarding what to pH my nute solution to, I read that some like to look at it as hydro (technically soilless), and others view it as soil (due to being preloaded). Reconditioning soil after grow?I just completed my first grow with Happy Frog Soil. Soil PH is high after the grow. I'm experimenting with dropping it down to 6.5 after. Right now I'm using coffee and earthworms in 2 of the 4 fabric pots.
