It's brutally hot with us and the plant looks like it wants water? Can I water the soil on the edge of pot watering without hurting the plant?

Id recommend giving them some water if its that hot. They are wilting slightly due to the heat, So maybe a small fan on low speed if you can.

Drastic rise in ppm using top drip in hydrotonHey... i am having a problem with my top drip on hydroton (week 1). My ppm rises dramatically over a day and a half. Im talking 300ppm to 800ppm.
Hydroton has been rinsed well before use. I have run dwc and rdwc before in hydroton without any problems. Anyone have an idea?

Alternatives to Gaia Green dry amendments in Europe?I'd like to try slow-release dry amendments for my next grow. Mr. Canucks on Youtube uses Gaia Green for this, but unfortunately this brand is not available in Europe. The only equivalent I can find is livingsoilsfertiliser.com. Why does coco nutes often only have one A B blend, instead of 2 seperate Veg and Bloom blends?I personally use Plagron nutes in coco, hence I use the same A+B bottles for veg and flower.
When looking at nutes for soil they have the 2 different bottles for veg vs bloom.
So my question here is why does it seem like some coco lines(plagron, canna) only have 1 over both?Setup. Substrates

Chicken PoopWe have chickens and ducks which provide all kinds of poop. I have a pile I use to age it for about a year. It is a mix of poo, oyster shell and broken down leaf mulch. I am not sure exactly what it adds as for as nutrients. Does anyone have a guess?Week 10

How does this soil mix look?Running 65% ProMixBX, 25% Castings, and 10% perlite.
With 5 tbsp each of crab, feather and fish bone meal as well as 2.5 tbsp each of kelp meal and bat guano. (20 tbsp total for 10 gallons, 2tbsp per gal)

PH-Problems in SoilBefore repotting, the pH value in the soil has always fallen to below 5.5. The plants always have an iron deficiency. I then repotted the plants and that worked well for 14 days. Overwatered cubes in hydro? Too close to the sun? or effect of having addHi All, I have issues with my first hydro grow - i effed up. I think i was too slow in the transfer over in the tank. Light is 200 PPFD, EC at 0.6, and barely added any nutes.
Did i manage to overwater some of these plants by having them too close to the net pot?2y ago
