Defoliation makes sense for autoflower during the pre-flower stage when branches and internodes are forming and at the beginning of flowering if large leaves in the middle or lower part of the plant are blocking the main growth tips! 👆 At the end of flowering, it's not advisable to do defoliation if you don't want extra stress and want to get the most out of your harvest! 👆 According to the seed bank, your plant needs 9 weeks of flowering to consider the harvest ripe!
