I'd say its safe to LST these young ladies based on what I see in your diary they could handle it and it will open up some more nodes to the light allowing for faster growth . I can see that on some of your leaves you have some browning and the very ends of your leaves are curling making a rake shape . These along with the dark green colour of your leaves leads me to believe that your facing a little bit of nitrogen toxicity . In order to correct this I would lower the amount of times you feed with nutrients and feed with ph corrected water in between nutrient feeding . Based on your grow stats its important to understand that soil as a medium can hold nutrients for a longer time because the roots wont be able to absorb all of it as it would say a hydroponics system . So when your feeding nutrients all the time your just stacking nutrients in the soil and this is what will cause the burns and locks outs . So if you feed your plant every 2-3 watering instead you can be assured that your roots will try to use up all the nutrients in the soil before adding new ones . I say use PH corrected water in between nutrient waterings so your plant doesnt go into shock from changing PH that may cause her to stop growing or cause a great deal of stress that isn't needed for a short time . Its best to have the PH of the water remain the same and that if you're going to change it , it needs to be done slowly . I hope this information helps you -Happy Growing!

Hi, after Reading a few informations about Biogrow, here again an answer. Biogrow has declaration 4-3-6. That means 4percent N, and you fed them very early and alot. Then you added sensi calmag extra wich has 4 Percent N too. Your plant has an N-toxicity. Darkgreen leaves and Clawing Tips. Normally your soil has enough nutrients for 3-4 weeks. But the nutrient companies want to sell and so they recommend feeding. I recommend a good flush for your Girl to get rid of the N..... The total effects of the overfeeding you will see next week fully.. it takes timeto showup. but you can save her. For more read the comments

leaves with curled tips down is called the claw and it is a sign of nitrogen toxicity (over feeding), which is further confirmed by the dark green color, so yes, go easier on the nutes, or stop feeding for now, let the plant feed from the soil. 11 liters of soil should last you several weeks, without needing extra fertilizer (for me it takes 7 to 8 weeks before the need for nutes show (in the form of early deficiencies symptoms). Good job on the LST, as long as you don't break the stem it is fine, the most important thing is to form an even canopy where all the tops are at the same height, that's the ultimate goal of LST.
