Checked out my girls and realised balls growing on...

Checked out my girls and realised balls growing on 2 of them ( 1 of the Barneys Pinneaple Chunk and 1 of the Seedsman Jack herrer ).
They are both feminised seeds and 3 weeks in flower and buds are showing. What should I do, Are theese hermies?

yeah that's a hermie, either you go all in with a razor blade and check every few hours until the end of the grow and try to cut them as soon as they appear, or your get rid of these plants (bag them with a black trash bag before you carry them so the pollen doesn spread) , just make sure you check your tent and environement for light stress or wind stress that sort of thing, usually that's where this problem stems from. if you really dont find any stress just contact the vendor they usually can help. First Scrog attempt - How much defoliation?I put a Scrog net in and over two days defoliated most of the leaves and small stems below the screen, also took out just a few leaves from the canopy that were obviously shadowing bud sites. Should I be thinning the canopy even more?
