yeah that's a hermie, either you go all in with a razor blade and check every few hours until the end of the grow and try to cut them as soon as they appear, or your get rid of these plants (bag them with a black trash bag before you carry them so the pollen doesn spread) , just make sure you check your tent and environement for light stress or wind stress that sort of thing, usually that's where this problem stems from. if you really dont find any stress just contact the vendor they usually can help.
