Just let her dry up. As much exposure to the sun as possible will help her recover more quickly. After your soil dries, commence watering as normal.

You can tell she's not happy bit she is definitely not dead. Don't give up now. I'd say transplant it but autos don't like that apparently so maybe try punching a couple holes into the bottom of your bucket(it looks like a 5gal plastic paint bucket like I have lol)to allow more water to escape. Be wary of your roots. It won't be the end of the world if you nick a couple but you don't want to be cutting a bunch up. Also with it being in a movable container try putting it out into grass or sand. Something with absorptive properties. NOT SALT. Hope this helps. Happy growing

She might be Ok. I would gently try to aerate with a chopstick or some other blunt implement and carefully push a few holes in the soil and around the side of the container to let the roots get some air. Good luck!

she got way over watered, dry her out a bit and first couple feedings just give her kelp and water, after that start feeding her at half a dose of nutrients add the kelp as well. kelp helps her bounce back from going in to shock, imagine taking a shower and you get hit with the coldest water, the idea of kelp is like a warm towel going on those roots, dry out the buckets, her roots are drowning
